Your stay in Villa Mia

Luxurious Villa Mia is the perfect choice for true relaxation and nature lovers. Considering its location, it offers you the opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the wonderful scenery in traditional Mediterranean architecture. The villa is superbly furnished and, more importantly, offers you absolute privacy. Villa Mia is located on the beautiful island of Krk, known for its beautiful beaches, excellent wine and traditional dishes. Be sure to explore the beautiful scenery of this area and visit the towns of Krk, Vrbnik and Baska to enjoy great gastronomic offerings and rich historical sights. The villa consists of 3 superbly furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet. The bedrooms are spacious and have a TV and air conditioning. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people (+2 additional people). The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen that will meet all your needs. The kitchen opens to the dining area and the cozy living room. This bright space is open and allows guests to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and heated swimming pool. The entire villa has central underfloor heating, making it the perfect choice for an off-season stay. The villa is fully fenced and offers plenty of greenery, giving you complete freedom for privacy and relaxation. The outdoor area also offers a wonderful swimming pool with sun loungers. The heated pool is 35 m² in size. The area around the swimming pool is directly connected to the outdoor dining and barbecue area, also equipped with a refrigerator and a gas stove, where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. In the fully fenced yard there is a playground equipped with slide, swing and trampoline. Four free mountain bikes are available for exploring the island. During your stay at the villa you can try various vegetable products grown on the premises, such as juicy tomatoes, chard, but also herbs such as mentha (for cocktails) and so on. Near the villa there is a domestic production of cheese, eggs and meat that you can taste and enjoy. For guests arriving with an electric car, the villa offers a free wallbox (11 kW) (for three cars or vans) in the spacious parking lot. In the fully fenced garden of the villa you will also find secure parking and charging facilities for your e-bikes. When you arrive at Villa Mia, your family and friends will enjoy an ideal vacation on the Mediterranean as it once was. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 30 years of age. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a bachelor party, as your booking will be rejected after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.

Beautiful Villa, at least as pretty as on the Pictures, if not better. All new, we happened to be the first guests. Everything you would expect is there and things you wouldn´t even have thought of as well (repeater for WIfi i.e.). All very clean, very tidy and spacious (brand new, as I said). All three bed rooms are en-Suite, so no discussion about the Batch. Really perfect for our family with 2 adults, three girls and a boy. Ein Traum !!
Eine Traumunterkunft: der Pool liegt ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf ein kleines Wäldchen, der angelegte Gemüsegarten lädt zum Ernten von Tomaten, Gurken, frischen Kräutern und sogar von Feigen ein. Ein absolut gemütliches Haus mit schöner Ausstattung. Auch mit Kindern kann man die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Die Inhaber sind super nett und immer zu erreichen wenn Not am Mann wäre.

Villa Mia was the most perfect holiday home, and with the perfect hosts. The house was immaculate and lovingly prepared. Super clean, everything working perfectly. We were immediately able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The swimming pool was the perfect size and temperature, and it was a wonderfully quiet and private place to chill out. There is a lovely vegetable garden with food you can use, and we took the mountain bikes out in the countryside nearby. There is a table tennis table to keep everyone occupied. The area around is also beautiful, but if you need the perfect environment to come back to, then this villa will be perfect.

Wunderschön und perfekt für Familien
Dieses Haus ist fast zu schön um wahr zu sein! Man kann kaum glauben, dass so ein schönes und gepflegtes Objekt vermietet wird! Wir waren hier mit unseren 3 kleinen Kindern im Urlaub und vor Ort gab es für uns alles, was das Herz begehrt: Spielplatz, eine Spielecke inkl. Spielsachen im Wohnzimmer, Kinderbett und Stühle, Kinderbesteck- und Geschirr...auch der Zugang zum Pool ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern toll, da dieser nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist und nicht direkt von der Terasse. Die Vermieter sind zudem sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir bekamen bei Ankunft viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Lokalempfehlungen. Zudem hat sich unser Sohn hat im Urlaub den Arm gebrochen und wir wurden sofort bei der Suche nach einem Arzt unterstützt. Wenn wir könnten würden wir auch 10 Sterne geben

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet und voll funktionsfähig. Martina und Ivan waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Empfehlungen geben können. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren 3 Pärchen und haben die Woche und Ruhe voll genossen. Kommunikation mit Ivan lief reibungslos und ideal! Die Matratzen waren super bequem!

Einfach eine Traumunterkunft
Es sind zwei Punkte, welche den Aufenthalt in der Villa Mia auszeichneten: einerseits die Villa selbst - eine stimmige, wunderschöne Villa samt grandiosem Außenbereich, wo es an NICHTS fehlt. Toller Pool, großzügige Terrasse, stimmungsvoller Grillbereich, tolle Fauna und Flora. Alles, was das Herz begehrt. Andererseits sind es die beiden Besitzer Martina und Ivan, die einfach perfekte, umgängliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber sind. Weiterempfehlungsgrad: 100%! Wir kommen wieder. ☺️

Zu allererst muss ich einmal gestehen das ich nur sehr selten rezensiere, aber bei diesem Haus muss es einfach sein. Da wir Vielreisende sind, haben wir schon einige Häuser,Fincas und Villen bewohnen dürfen, aber tatsächlich noch nie etwas so schönes wie die Villa Mia! Hier ist einfach absolut alles perfekt und auf höchstem und geschmackvollsten Niveau. Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen und sagen, alles ist NOCH schöner als auf den Fotos und man kann fast nicht glauben, das so etwas vermietet wird. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist einfach unglaublich vollständig und es gibt Dinge wie beispielsweise einen Vakuumzieher für Weinflaschen, die man nicht mal zuhause hat! Der Aussenbereich ist einem absolut perfekt gepflegten Zustand und wunderschön angelegt. Der Pool ein absoluter Traum mit perfekter Temperatur und die unterschiedlichsten Sitzmöglichkeiten runden das ganze perfekt ab. Wenn ich könnte würde ich auch 10 Sterne vergeben!!! Ivan ist übrigens unfassbar freundlich und Hilfsbereit und hat jederzeit tolle Tips und ein offenes Ohr

Everything is very clean and the house has all needed furnishings and fittings - coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, all kinds of kitchen and cooking utensils, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, TV in all bedrooms, Internet / WiFi, air-conditioner in all rooms. The owners are very kind, helpful and are available for any questions. Nearby the house (approx. 2 km) is a very small corner shop (for bread) and 5 km away, in Malinska, are more supermarkets and a small farmers market. We really could relax and enjoy the silence. We fully recommend it and would visit the house again. Das Haus wurde Anfang 2016 neu erbaut und ist so toll wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Es ist alles super sauber und toll eingerichtet. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, alle möglichen Küchen- und Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger, TV in jedem Schlafzimmer, Internet / WLAN, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und stehen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Im Nachbardorf (ca. 2 km) gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen für den schnellen Einkauf (Brot, Brötchen, Kleinigkeiten). Die größeren Supermärkte sind ebenfalls nicht weit in Malinska (ca. 5 Km). Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und hoffen wir können im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Beautiful Villa, at least as pretty as on the Pictures, if not better. All new, we happened to be the first guests. Everything you would expect is there and things you wouldn´t even have thought of as well (repeater for WIfi i.e.). All very clean, very tidy and spacious (brand new, as I said). All three bed rooms are en-Suite, so no discussion about the Batch. Really perfect for our family with 2 adults, three girls and a boy. The Kids enjoyed the pool very much, and with 8 x 4 metres it is not one of those small puddles. Our hosts were very nice and extremely helpful with the few needs that we had (thanks again for you help during the episode with the dog, Martina!) The Villa is locatedon the small by-road that leads to Kras, only little traffic around - so it is a quiet place to stay. As the property to the left and the right of the Villa was not sold yet, we also had a lot of freedom to use pool and premises also in the late hours. Sveti Ivan is a small village, however you can walk over to Dobrinj within 45mins where you can enjoy the view from clock Tower to the North of the Island and have dinner at Konoba Zora. Another nice place is Konoba Santek over at Rasopasno, the neighbor village. With a car, you can easily reach the more popular beaches at Njivice or Krk/Punat or look for wild beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend Villa Mia.
