Your stay in Villa Mila

Beautiful Villa Mila is situated in Debeljak near Sukošan, only a few kilometres away from Zadar. This modern villa primarily delights with its overlook of the sea and the surrounding nature, and then with its airiness and elegant decoration. With a living space od 300m2, villa Mila consists of 4 airy bedrooms equipped with double beds, alongside 4 comfortable bathrooms and an extra toilet, making it ideal for 8 people. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room, which offer plenty of natural light – this being the main feature of the minimalist bedrooms as well. In the garden of the villa Mila in Debeljak, there is beautiful swimming pool (8x4) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, where you can have refreshing swim whilst enjoying a superb view of the surroundings and the amazingly beautiful Adriatic Sea only 3.5km away from the villa. You can have fun and relax by playing table tennis with family and friends or preparing fresh meals on an outdoor grill in complete privacy. The villa also offers a private parking on the 800m2 big lot. The first supermarket is located only 200m from the villa, while the closest clubs, bars and other forms of entertainment can be found in the beautiful Sukošan and then, of course, Zadar. Villa Mila in Debeljak offers peace and quiet for nature lovers in need of relaxation, as well as easy connection to the city centre of Zadar known for its cultural attractions, modern sporting facilities as well as excellent restaurants and bars where you can enjoy authentic gourmet delicacies. Walking through Zadar will be like a walk through history, but you will also experience the contemporary life of this beautiful pearl of Adria. If you decide to stay in the gorgeous villa Mila, do not miss the opportunity to visit the largest marina on the Adriatic - marina Dalmatia in Sukošan. Only an hour's drive away are National Parks Zrmanja, Krka, Plitvice with Kornati that are also nearby, whose natural beauty will leave your breathless. Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen und haben uns das erste mal für ein Haus in Kroatien entschieden. Die Beratung und Abwicklung vorab war einwandfrei - super Erklärung und immer eine zeitnahe Rückantwort. Das Haus war ein Traum, es war alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden und alles war sauber und so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir würden sofort wieder über CLR buchen und uns ein Haus raussuchen.

Der Tischtennistisch wurde rege genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Zadar) sind in wenigen Fahrminuten problemlos mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir (zwei Familien mit Kindern) haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden durch die Verwalterin optimal betreut. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
