Villa Mint is located in the western part of the Istrian peninsula in Sveti Lovre?. Sveti Lovre? is the perfect choice for all guests who want to escape the daily hustle and bustle. In this villa you can also enjoy absolute peace and quiet with your own family or a group of friends. Sveti Lovre? is, as they say, a hidden gem and one of the best preserved medieval towns in Istria. Villa Mint is a rustic beauty, built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2022. It offers you 200 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is just over 1300 m2. The nearest sea and beach as well as the town of Pore? are only 15 km away and the nearest restaurant is only 400 m from Villa Mint. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, divided into four bedrooms, three of which are on the upper floor and one on the first floor. There are two double beds in two bedrooms and two single beds in the remaining two. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and another normal bathroom, also with a bathtub. On the first floor there is a living room with two sofas, a table, a TV and chairs and a romantic fireplace to create a special atmosphere. A modern kitchen and dining area with a dining table for 8 people are easily accessible from the living room. Here you can prepare and taste delicious meals for the whole family. On the outdoor terrace there is a pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. There are 8 sun loungers on the sun deck next to the pool. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table and a charcoal or wood-fired barbecue. Other facilities at Villa Mint include a washing machine and an iron. A concierge service is available by prior arrangement. The courtyard of the villa offers 4 private parking spaces in the courtyard. The courtyard is open and there is plenty of space for children to play and have fun, there is also table soccer and table tennis. Every year many domestic and foreign tourists come to Istria, and everyone can find something fun and interesting for themselves. You can explore the places of Istria, which are ideal for long walks or bike rides, and taste the gastronomic offer of excellent delicacies in various taverns or restaurants. Küche super ausgestattet 4. viel Platz für alles Einen Stern Anzug für: 1. trotz Check-In erst um 16 Uhr war das Haus nur mäßig sauber - besonders im ersten Stock waren Woll-Mäuse und Spinnweben Programm. Unter dem Bett Sonnencreme, Schnuller und Spielzeug gefunden 2. leider keine Fliegengitter - Mücken ohne Ende und schlafen nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern möglich, wenn man die laute und helle......

Baden im sauberen Pool war auch noch im September möglich. Vom Ort Sv. Lovrec aus sind alle Orte in Istrien in 30-40 Mintuten erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Ruhe und Erholung pur….. ach ja - Parkplatz für 6 Autos vorhanden bei Bededarf.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung im Haus ist einzigartig für diesen Preis, absolut hochwertig und wir konnten Ende Oktober auch noch im Pool baden !! Frühstücken war auch noch im Freien bei wirklich angenehmen Temperaturen möglich ! Der Ort selbst ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und hat eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria , ein nettes Cafe, einen kleinen aber feinen Supermarkt ( in den man fast alles bekommt !!......

Es waren alle Räumlichkeiten inkl. dem Pool sehr sauber. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben auch den Außengriller in Betrieb genommen. Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, weil es auch sehr ruhig rundherum war - wir haben uns so richtig heimelig gefühlt und sind schweren Herzens abgereist.

Ein Traumurlaub in einer Traumvilla
Wir haben zu Viert inkl. Mini-Malteser Spiky unseren Urlaub vom 30.5. - 4.6.2023 in der Villa Mint verbracht. Es war einfach perfekt! Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. Es waren alle Räumlichkeiten inkl. dem Pool sehr sauber. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben auch den Außengriller in Betrieb genommen. Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, weil es auch sehr ruhig rundherum war - wir haben uns so richtig heimelig gefühlt und sind schweren Herzens abgereist.

Der Ort selbst ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und hat eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria , ein nettes Cafe, einen kleinen aber feinen Supermarkt ( in den man fast alles bekommt !! ) , einen Friseur und , man staune, eine Apotheke !! Perfekt für Familien !! Wir kommen sicher wieder !

Keine Kommoden, keine Schubladen, Klamotten wohin? 4. Stinkende Kanalisations Arbeiten haben uns für einen Tag aus dem Haus getrieben 5. nicht funktionierende Steckdosen, nicht schließende Türschlösser aufgrund falschem Einbau, keine anständigen Schneidebretter, kein großer Nudeltopf usw. waren Kleinigkeiten 6. sveti Lovrec: leider nicht so wie im Internet versprochen. außer einem kleinen Supermarkt gibt es nichts! Kein Lokal, kein Shopping, kein Leben
