Villa Monarch 1 is located in Štikovica, only 10 km from the city of Dubrovnik. Located right next to the sea, this beautiful villa will offer you the possibility of a perfect annual holiday and the enjoyment of swimming in the Adriatic Sea. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet with your family and friends, and return to the same place again next year, then Villa Monarch 1 is perfect for you! This rustic villa was renovated in 2023 and is ready to provide accommodation for a maximum of 12 people. With its 198 m2 of living space, and 850 m2 of the entire property, it offers 7 bedrooms. Five bedrooms have a double bed (180x200), and two rooms each have 1 single bed (140x200). The villa also has 4 bathrooms with showers and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. As additional content, there is also a washing machine, dryer and iron, and 1 separate toilet. If the youngest are coming on holiday with you, there is a feeder and a cot. On the ground floor there is a kitchen where you can prepare meals for family and friends, right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table. In the living room there are two couches, two armchairs and small tables. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace where there is an outdoor dining table with a sea view. In front of Villa Monarch 1, there are deckchairs for sunbathing and the opportunity for great jumps into the clear and clean Adriatic Sea, and on the terrace you can refresh yourself in the romantic jacuzzi. On the outdoor terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can prepare delicious meat or fish dishes. Additional facilities that are offered with prior agreement are: babysitting, pet walking (on request), organising excursions, boat rental with skipper, chef, private coach, luxury car rental, VIP protection of the acquired person, and grocery delivery. Everything is charged extra, except grocery delivery.
