The luxurious Villa Mons Caldera will delight you with its contemporary building style, modern exterior and beautiful interior. It is located in Kršan in Istria, which at any time boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage dating back to the 11th century. What Villa Mons Caldera offers you are many opportunities for fun, but also the opportunity to try cultural or sports activities that you will be able to find in the immediate vicinity of Kršan.
Villa Mons Caldera has 2700 m2 of space, offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people and guarantees you a wonderful vacation that you have always dreamed of. The villa has five bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor, one has an en suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other has a bathroom with shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs and include en suite bathrooms with showers. One of the already mentioned rooms has 2 single beds, while the other rooms have double beds. The villa has 1 separate toilet, and there is a washing machine and iron in a separate room.
On the ground floor of the villa, in addition to the above bedrooms, there is a living room with 2 sofas, table, TV and fireplace, where you can enjoy a relaxing panoramic view of the untouched nature that surrounds the villa. The modernly equipped kitchen and dining room with 10 seats will be an ideal place to try out your culinary skills.
The villa is fully equipped with all necessary facilities such as cooking utensils, outdoor electric grill, wifi internet, outdoor terrace and luxury pool that will allow you to relax whether you come with a group of friends or accompanied by your own family.
On the terrace you can also enjoy swimming in the refreshing pool of 40 m2, and you can sunbathe on 10 deck chairs reading your favorite reading material. There is a play area by the pool, and thanks to the open yard, children will have the opportunity for carefree fun on the green area. Also, an outdoor dining table ideal for 10 guests next to which is a sitting set with a coffee table on one side and an outdoor barbecue on the other, will be a great place and opportunity to enjoy the evening in complete privacy.
There are 4 private parking spaces inside the yard.
Kršan is a place, as guests who have already visited it, that radiates a welcome and beautiful nature, and most of all peace, which is very difficult to find nowadays. Try delicious dishes that will awaken all your senses, explore the surrounding Istrian places, rent bicycles or visit wine and olive oil tours. Also, there is a rental boat with a skipper, beautiful beaches where you can dive or try fishing, and for those who want an adrenaline holiday there are hiking and water sports.
Kršan is definitely a place you will always be happy to return to, and it is also the perfect opportunity to create memories that you will take with you!
