In the enchantingly beautiful town of Opatija in the Kvarner Bay, also known as the Pearl of the Adriatic, lies the elegant Villa Nadia. Situated in an enviable position on a hill with a magnificent view of the beauties of the town and the blue Adriatic Sea, this beautiful villa is the fulfillment of dreams of the perfect vacation. With an impressive 400 m2 of living space, Villa Nadia offers accommodation for a total of 20 guests on three floors. The villa has a total of 10 beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed. Two of the bedrooms are located in the basement area, four on the first floor and four on the second floor. The villa also houses a total of 6 luxuriously appointed bathrooms with shower stalls, two of which have 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and 3 separate toilets. Each floor of Villa Nadia has underfloor heating, a modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances where guests are sure to prepare delicious delicacies for family and friends, a beautiful dining area and a cozy living room, ideal for afternoon and evening relaxation. In one of the living rooms there is a pull-out sofa that can serve as an extra bed for another guest. The luxurious interior of this beautiful villa is dominated by a rich spectrum of muted, neutral, golden and milky tones that give it a dose of warmth, character and charm. The combination of innovative lighting fixtures and decorative details creates an interesting spatial dynamic and a cozy atmosphere that makes every guest feel comfortable and relaxed, just like at home. The villa's 1500 m² fully fenced courtyard features a spacious pool measuring 5 x 8 meters. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the lighted pool at any time of the day or night while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area, or relax on the poolside sun loungers in the warm summer sun. In addition, the beautifully landscaped courtyard features a lovely summer kitchen with a charcoal/wood grill and an outdoor dining table, where guests are sure to spend many pleasant and memorable moments. Mit der Vermieterin hatte ich per WhatsApp Kontakt und sie hat sich auch zwischendurch erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Die Villa können wir aus vollster Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!!!

Die Villa verfügt nicht wie deklariert über 8 Badezimmer und 3 Zusatz- Wc's, sondern insgesamt nur 5 Badezimmer und eine aussen Dusche in welcher sich das Abluftgerät der Klimaanlage befindet (also sehr heisse Luft bläst ständig rein). Dazu funktionierte die Klimaanlage in obersten Geschoss nicht. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die unmittelbare nähe zu Nachbarn stört ein wenig die Privatsphäre. Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommen.

Dazu funktionierte die Klimaanlage in obersten Geschoss nicht. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die unmittelbare nähe zu Nachbarn stört ein wenig die Privatsphäre. Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommen.
