Luxurious Villa Nerina is located in a small village Zaton near Zadar, known as one of the tourist centers of the Zadar surroundings. With its crystal-clear sea and pine trees, this location is perfect for all those who are looking for relaxation and escape from everyday life.

The modern and harmoniously decorated Villa Nerina can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, featuring Smart Tv and Satellite Television, with two double beds, of which one room has two twin beds that can be connected to a double bed. 3 beautiful bathrooms with shower cubicles and a separate toilet are at disposal for our guests. Fully equipped kitchen and luxuriously decorated living room is perfect for afternoon socializing with the family. In the yard you can find a beautifully heated pool of 35m2 with salt water surrounded by 6 deck chairs, including garden furniture on the ground floor and on two balconies. The villa is completely fenced with wall and hedge. In the special offer of the villa there is a children's playground, outdoor Jacuzzi by the pool,6 bicycles, trampoline, and sauna.

The superb location of Villa Nerina abounds with sandy beaches just 600 m away from the villa. Zaton is close to the historic city of Zadar, rich in tourist programs, activities, historical monuments and the most beautiful sunset in the world. Nearby is the old royal town of Nin, just 2 kilometers away. Zaton and its surroundings are places of preserved Mediterranean nature, local gastronomic specialties and a place for those seeking an active vacation without stress in the company of family or friends.

Die Villa Nerina ist ein schönes stilvolles Haus, sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar, war sehr hilfsbereit und stets daran interessiert, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Die Villa ist für 6 Personen perfekt geeignet. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer hatten einen eigenen Zugang zum Bad - alle mit großer Dusche. Jede Schlafzimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Das Haus liegt ruhig, das Dorf ist teilweise im typischen kroatischen Stil (idyllisch)., Vereinzelt wird auch neu gebaut, hat aber keinerlei Einluß auf die Ruhe des Hauses gehabt. Es gibt in der Nähe zwei kleine Supermärkte und einen Bäcker. Es stehen 6 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die nur für die Urlauber zur Verfügung stehen. In Zaton gibt es einen Sandstrand, der ideal geeignet ist, für Familien mit Kleinkindern, oder Menschen, die unsicher im Wasser sind, da man viele Meter durch das flache Wasser gehen kann. Sollte man ein kleines Sportboot haben, kann man mit Hilfe der Vermieterin dieses in einem kleinen privaten Hafen anlegen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Dalija.
