Beautiful Villa Nina Zaton is located in a small tourist town Zaton, which is 16 kilometres from the city of Zadar and 2 km from the royal city of Nin. In Zaton, you will surely find beautiful sandy and pebble beaches such as "Plush" and "Punta" which, thanks to their rich tourist content and beautiful sea, are an unavoidable destination. Zaton has been visited for years by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists who want a peaceful and pleasant holiday. Villa Nina Zaton is built in a modern style and has four air-conditioned bedrooms that offer accommodation for 8 guests and an extra bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 more guests. Upstairs in this beautiful modern villa is three bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms with showers. The ground floor has the remaining bedroom with a bathroom, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with a dining area that offers 8 seats, and a comfortable and spacious living room. The bedrooms are equipped with three double beds and two single beds. There is a 30 m2 heated swimming pool in the beautiful yard, and RGB lighting and an enchanting waterfall add to the luxurious look. There are 8 deckchairs available around the pool and an outdoor terrace for family gatherings. Villa Nina Zaton is completely fenced to enjoy privacy and peaceful surroundings, and also offers entertainment facilities such as: fitness, PlayStation, Nintendo Wii and darts. Fitness includes various sports equipment and an orbitrek. The youngest will surely enjoy the trampoline in the courtyard of the villa, and there is also a swing. By coming to the luxury villa Nina Zaton, you will ensure yourself and your family a fairy-tale holiday on the Adriatic! Do not forget to visit the beautiful city of Nin, which is located on a beautiful lagoon on the Adriatic, and the tourist centre of Zadar. The Zadar archipelago is full of hidden islands, and we suggest you visit the Kornati islands or Dugi otok. If you are looking for a trip to the mainland and explore breathtaking nature, choose Plitvice Lakes National Park or Krka National Park. On the way to the Krka National Park, do not miss the opportunity to visit Šibenik, one of the most beautiful cities on the coast. Adventurers can try rafting in the canyon of the river Zrmanja or bungee jumping from the Maslenica bridge. Hier gestaltet sich das Schlafen bei sehr warmen Temperaturen etwas schwierig. Der Kühlschrank und die Spülmaschine in der Küche sind für 8 bis 10 Personen (max. Belegung) zu klein. Die Vermieterin Renata ist sehr nett und bei Fragen oder Problemen immer erreichbar. Man bekommt sofort Hilfe.
