The beautiful Villa Nina Zaton is located in a small tourist town of Zaton, which is 16 kilometers from the city of Zadar and 2 km from the royal town of Nin. In Zaton you will surely find beautiful sandy and pebble beaches such as 'Plush' and 'Punta', which are an unmissable destination thanks to their rich tourist offer and beautiful sea. For years, Zaton has been visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists who want to spend a peaceful and pleasant vacation. If you are one of them, treat yourself to the vacation you have been dreaming of for a long time! Villa Nina Zaton is built in a modern style and has four air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate 8 guests, as well as an extra bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 more guests. On the upper floor of this beautiful modern villa there are three bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms with showers. On the first floor is the remaining en-suite bedroom, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with dining area that seats 8 and a comfortable and spacious living room. The bedrooms are furnished with three double beds and two single beds. In the beautiful garden there is a 30 m² heated swimming pool, RGB lighting and an enchanting waterfall complete the luxurious look. There are 8 sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor terrace for family gatherings. Villa Nina Zaton is fully fenced to enjoy privacy and a peaceful environment and also offers entertainment facilities such as PlayStation, Nintendo Wii and darts. The youngest ones will surely enjoy the trampoline in the courtyard of the villa and there is also a swing. When you come to the luxury villa Nina Zaton, you will ensure a fabulous vacation on the Adriatic for you and your family! Don't forget to visit the beautiful town of Nin, located on a beautiful lagoon on the Adriatic Sea, and the tourist center of Zadar. The Zadar archipelago is full of hidden islands and we recommend you visit the Kornati islands or Dugi otok. If you are looking for a trip to the mainland and want to explore the breathtaking nature, choose Plitvice Lakes National Park or Krka National Park. On the way to Krka National Park, don't miss the opportunity to visit ?ibenik, one of the most beautiful towns on the coast. Adventurers can try rafting in the Zrmanja river canyon or bungee jumping from the Maslenica bridge. Die Villa Nina hat 4 Schlafzimmer. 3 Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Doppelbett 160x200 cm und 1 Schlafzimmer ist mit 2 Einzelbetten 90x200 cm (welche man zusammen schieben kann) ausgestattet. 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett 160x200 cm hat keine Klimaanlage, leider nur einen kleinen Standventilator. Hier gestaltet sich das Schlafen bei sehr warmen Temperaturen etwas schwierig. Der Kühlschrank und die Spülmaschine in der Küche sind für 8 bis 10 Personen (max. Belegung) zu klein. Die Vermieterin Renata ist sehr nett und bei Fragen oder Problemen immer erreichbar. Man bekommt sofort Hilfe.
