Your stay in Villa Oliva Mandre

Beautiful and modern built Villa Mandre is located on the west side of the island of Pag, in the picturesque coastal village of Mandre in northern Dalmatia. The pleasant ambience of the garden with Mediterranean planting has an area of 850m2 and Villa Mandre itself 160m2. Villa Mandre surprises us with its minimalist exterior and equally elegant interior. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people; 6 of them in 3 comfortable bedrooms. In the living room there is another extra bed for 2 people. All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. From the balcony of one room there is a beautiful view of the sea with neighboring islands, the other two bedrooms offer a view of the picturesque village and Mediterranean surroundings. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180x200cm), one with two single beds (90x200cm), which can be connected if necessary. One bedroom has its own bathroom and guests can use another bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a charming kitchen with dining area on the first floor, as well as an outdoor dining table on the veranda. There is also an outdoor grill for memorable meals and socializing in the fresh air. On the first floor, there is a cozy, daylight-filled living room with a TV that has satellite and cable reception. All 3 bedrooms also have satellite and cable TV. Wi-Fi signal is available throughout the building. In front of Villa Mandre, in a Mediterranean landscaped garden, there is a heated pool with a size of 32 m² and a depth of 120 to 165 cm. Around the pool there are 3 sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with chairs, offering guests the opportunity to relax in the intimacy of a beautiful environment. Next to the pool in a stylishly landscaped garden there is more garden furniture, which will provide unforgettable moments of rest and relaxation. Those who want to swim in the sea do not have to walk long, as the first beach (pebble beach) is only 350 meters away from the villa. In the charming village of Mandre you will find a cafe-bar, a restaurant, a bakery and a supermarket. Other facilities can be found in the larger nearby centers of the island, Novalja (10 km away) and the town of Pag (20 km away). The island of Pag is known for its millennial olive trees, moonstone surface, Pag lace and famous Pag cheese products, which you can find in the neighboring village of Kolan (3 km away), where the famous Gligora cheese dairy with a tasting room cheese store is located. Super netter Empfang, das ganze Haus sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt (Bäckerei und Konsum in unmittelbarer Nähe). Wir haben nie etwas von der Vermieterin benötigt, weil einfach alles super gut durchdacht eingerichtet war und auch funktioniert hat. Der Pool direkt bei der Terrasse ist ein Traum, außerdem hat man verschiedene Möglichkeiten, um draußen zu sitzen. Man war wirklich völlig ungestört und fühlte sich wie zu Hause.

Eine sehr schöne Villa. Ordentlich und sauber, wie auf den Bildern. Direkt in der Nähe sind Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Wechselstube, Meer und Restaurants. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Kann ich für Gruppen weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa war Optisch & von der Lage ein Traum. Allerdings waren einige kleine Mängel im Haus zu finden. Einer davon war der andauernde Stromausfall wenn wir nur etwas Strom nutzten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich, so ganz Willkommen fühlte man sich allerdings nicht. In großen und ganzen können wir die Villa empfehlen, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

The house is wonderful! We had everything we needed. A bakery, supermarket and pharmacy are less than 1 minute by foot. The beach can be reached easily by foot but we enjoyed also the pool a lot. We liked a lot that Mandre is a quiet town not overrun by tourists. Nina was a very helpful host and replied immediately if we had a question.
