Villa One Way is located in Istria, in Banjole, only 6 km from the city of Pula. Banjole is a small fishing village located on a peninsula that is ideal for all lovers of sailing, sea, or fishing. Also, this place is rich in numerous bays and natural beaches that will delight all of you who want a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Villa One Way was built in 2021 in a contemporary style and has 292 m2 of living space. It is located 300 m from the nearest sea and about 500 m from the pebble and stone beach. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers accommodation for up to 8 people, and has a sea view from one bedroom and a terrace located on the upper floor.

The ground floor of the villa is modernly decorated: living room which includes sofa, armchair, table, and TV. The romantic fireplace is located near the living room, in the dining room, where there is a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds, which include 3 en suite bathrooms with showers.

On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Its additional functions are hydro massage, hydro-air bench, and lighting that gives a special atmosphere during the evening. On the 6 deckchairs, you will be able to sunbathe and relax, and on the terrace, there is an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood.

Additional content of the One Way villa consists of a washing machine, dryer, and iron, two separate toilets, and if children come with you, a feeder is at your disposal. By prior arrangement, it is possible to enjoy massages.

There are two parking spaces inside the yard and the same number outside. The villa has a charger for electric cars, and a solid berth for boats up to 15 m which is 3 km away from the building. The villa is fully fenced and has a beautifully landscaped green garden and a garden full of different types of plants and trees. Children will enjoy ample space for play and entertainment, and other entertainment facilities for both children and adults include darts, table tennis, slide, trampoline, Playstation, swings, badminton, digital television, and SUP.

The beaches in Banjole are pebbly and rocky, and since the pine forest descends close to the sea, then you will always be able to find a place in the shade. This place is ideal for older and younger generations, everyone always finds something for themselves. In its immediate vicinity are cities like Medulin and Pula that offer a variety of interesting local activities and entertainment. Athletes and recreationists in Banjole have at their disposal one grass football field and as many as four tennis courts.
