Luxurious and modern villa with pool is located in a small village in Debeljak, only 4 kilometers from the town of Sukosan and has 267 m2 of living space. The sea can be reached in only 3 kilometers. You can refresh yourself in the endless blue Adriatic Sea from the beautiful stone or pebble beaches. The fenced villa is fully air conditioned and with 4 bedrooms ideal for 8 to a maximum of 12 guests. All rooms also have electric shutters and WiFi.

On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance area located next to the open housing concept. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the adjoining terrace with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. The extensively equipped kitchen contains state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, also has a large fridge / freezer including an ice maker and right next to the dining room. A large wooden table with space for 10-12 people invites you to stay and connects directly to the comfortably furnished living room. This space is equipped with a TV, Sonos surround system, Playstation, electric fireplace and a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed.

On the same floor there is one of a total of 4 bedrooms, with a luxury double bed, TV, fitted wardrobe, fully equipped bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. From this room you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the pool and nature. The ground floor also has a separate guest toilet and a small room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and integrated bathroom. Also fully equipped with fitted wardrobe, shower, toilet, underfloor heating, hair dryer, towels and more. In the two bedrooms there are extra pull-out beds (160cm x 190cm) that can be used as a bed for your children (4 max). All bedrooms have access to a large roof terrace. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of nature, pool and sea.

Another advantage of "Villa One Zadar" is the beautiful terrace on the ground floor. An ideal place to relax. Enjoy a peaceful setting in the 56 m2 heated and illuminated pool, with an integrated flat area for children to relax or splash around. Pamper yourself and your loved ones with delicious dishes from your own Weber gas grill. Even on very hot days, two large awnings (each 4m x 5m) provide pleasant shade. There is also an outdoor shower, twelve deck chairs and a comfortable lodge where you can relax with a glass of wine. An outdoor table tennis table, a basketball hoop, a trampoline, two soccer goals, a climbing lodge with a slide and a swing are also part of the luxury villa’s furnishings. In the fenced area there are 3 parking spaces, and additional parking spaces are available directly in front of the villa.

In the idyllic village of Debeljak there are 2 shops that you can reach on foot. Here you will find everything for your daily needs and fresh bread and baguettes every morning. Only 4 km away is the beautiful town of Sukosan, with the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija. Sukosan has numerous beaches that stretch 10 km from Zlatna Luka to the beautiful natural complex Tustica. Sukosan, and thus "Villa One Zadar" are located near 5 national parks and 2 nature parks. In the many bars and restaurants of the village you will be pampered by hospitable people with traditional delicacies.

The quiet area does not suggest that the nearby Zadar Airport is only 10 km away. From here you can enjoy a relaxed and carefree journey to the beautiful end.

The historic city of Zadar is only 15 km away from the villa. The absolute highlight is the lively old town, located on a peninsula, separated from the new town. Walking through the old town is like traveling through time through different epochs of exciting 3000-year history. The remains of Roman buildings, the old city walls from the Middle Ages, modern sights in the northern part of the peninsula, the square "Greeting to the Sun" and the "Sea Organ" are just some of the stations worth seeing. Even Alfred Hitchcock once said, "Here you will find the most beautiful sunset in the world."
