Imagine a perfect vacation. Comfort, beautiful nature, sea view, warm weather, modern furniture, large pool. This is exactly what Villa One Zadar offers. Luxurious and modern villa with pool is located in a small village in Debeljak, only 4 kilometers from the town of Sukosan and has 267 m2 of living space. The sea can be reached in only 3 kilometers. On the beautiful stone or pebble beaches you can refresh yourself in the endless blue Adriatic sea. The enclosed villa is fully air-conditioned and with 4 bedrooms ideal for 8 to a maximum of 12 guests. All rooms also have electric shutters and Wi-Fi. On the first floor, in addition to the open-plan living concept, there is a spacious entrance area. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the adjacent terrace with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. The extensively equipped kitchen has the latest kitchen appliances, also has a large refrigerator / freezer including ice maker and is located next to the dining room. A large wooden table with seating for 10-12 people invites you to linger and connects directly to the comfortably furnished living room. This room is equipped with a TV, a Sonos surround system, a PlayStation, an electric fireplace and a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed. On the same floor is one of a total of 4 bedrooms, with a luxurious double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, fully equipped bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. Also from this room you can enjoy a fantastic view of the pool and nature. On the first floor there is also a separate guest toilet and a small room with washing machine, dryer and iron. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and integrated bathroom. Also fully equipped with built-in wardrobe, shower, toilet, underfloor heating, hairdryer, towels and more. In the two bedrooms there are additional pull-out beds (160 cm x 190 cm), which can be used as a bed for your children (max. 4). All bedrooms have access to a large roof terrace. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of nature, pool and sea. Another advantage of 'Villa One Zadar' is the beautiful terrace on the first floor. An ideal place to relax. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in the 56 m² heated and lighted pool with integrated shallow area for children to relax or splash around. Spoil yourself and your loved ones with delicious dishes from your own Weber gas grill. Even on very hot days, two large awnings (each 4m x 5m) provide pleasant shade. There is also an outdoor shower, twelve deck chairs and a cozy lodge where you can relax with a glass of wine. The equipment of the luxury villa also includes an outdoor ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a trampoline, two soccer goals, a climbing hut with a slide and a swing. There are 3 parking spaces in the fenced area, and additional parking spaces are available directly in front of the villa. In the idyllic village of Debeljak there are 2 stores within walking distance. Here you will find everything for your daily needs and fresh bread and baguettes every morning. Only 4 km away is the beautiful town of Sukosan with the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija. Sukosan has numerous beaches stretching over 10 km from Zlatna Luka to the beautiful natural complex of Tustica. Sukosan and thus ?Villa One Zadar? are located in the vicinity of 5 national parks and 2 nature parks. In the many bars and restaurants of the place you will be spoiled by hospitable people with traditional delicacies. The quiet location does not suggest that the nearby Zadar airport is only 10 km away. From here you can enjoy a relaxed and carefree trip to the beautiful end. The historical city of Zadar is only 15 km away from the villa. The absolute highlight is the lively old town, which is located on a peninsula, separated from the new town. A walk through the old town is like a time travel through different eras of an exciting 3000-year history. The remains of Roman buildings, the old city walls from the Middle Ages, modern sights in the northern part of the peninsula, the square "Greeting to the Sun" and the "Sea Organ" are just some of the stops worth seeing. Even Alfred Hitchcock once said: "Here you will find the most beautiful sunset in the world".
