Luxurious Villa Panorama is located in the southern part of the Makarska Riviera in Zaostrog, surrounded by high and steep slopes of the mountain Biokovo - Rili? Villa Panorama will give you the vacation you have been dreaming of, and its luxurious interior and beautiful exterior will allow you to feel like kings during your stay! Brand new and built in 2021, Villa Panorama opens its doors for the first time to any guest who wants peace and relaxation. Its modern architectural style will attract the attention of any guest and the living space of 163 m2 will be more than enough to enjoy luxury. The maximum number of guests in the villa is 8, optimal is 6, and the villa is fully air-conditioned. On the first floor there is a beautifully furnished living room with sofa, table and TV. Next to it is a dining room with a table for six people and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare the most delicious meals. There is also a bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower. As additional content, you can use a washing machine, dryer and iron. If you arrive with children, there is also a feeder and a baby crib. Villa Panorama offers sea views from all rooms and you will enjoy an oasis of tranquility overlooking the sparkling Adriatic Sea. On the outdoor terrace there is a 20 m2 swimming pool with four sun loungers. There is also outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table with seating for four. Villa Panorama is located only 80 m from the beach and 500 m from the nearest restaurant, where you can try traditional Dalmatian dishes. You can prepare delicious meals in the villa itself, where there is an indoor electric grill or an outdoor wooden grill. The villa is fully fenced, has four private parking spaces and outside the yard you can use two more. In Zaostrog it is worth visiting the old Franciscan monastery of St. Marija with a high bell tower where visitors can enter the museum, ethnological collection and a library where thousands of titles of older Croatian literature are kept. Once Zaostrog was a settled place, as evidenced by archaeological findings such as the relief of the god Mithras. Today it is one of the most famous tourist destinations due to its geographical position, bright and clear sea and beautiful beaches. Wir waren Anfang Oktober in Zaostrog und da ist halt nix mehr mit Tourismus, da tust dich schon schwer einen Cafe zu bekommen, aber es geht. Ein Bad im Pool war durchaus möglich, nutzen wir auch täglich. Meer mit 21 Grad erfrischend aber auch möglich, der Pool dürfte auch sowas gehabt haben. Der Zugang zum Meer ist leicht, Badeschuhe fast eine Pflicht, da der Strand aus Kieselsteinen besteht und Seeigel doch vorkamen. Dafür ist das Wasser glasklar. Das Haus ist sehr modern gestaltet, aber mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Leider ist nicht immer "Form follows Function" das Motto, selten so schmale Waschbecken gesehen, ist halt dem Design geschuldet. Es war alles penibel sauber, Handtücher reichlich vorhanden. Zur Größe: optimal wären wohl drei Paare, bei mehr als 6 Personen muss auf Beistellbetten zurückgegriffen werden Ergänzend sei noch erwähnt, dass ein neuer Supermarkt Plodine ganz in der Nähe eröffnet hat und hier bekommt man wirklich alles an sieben Tage die Woche. Das Einzige was etwas gestört hat, war die Straße welche hinter dem Haus verläuft, kann man in Google Earth nachvollziehen. PKW und so stören nicht, nur einige Motorradfahren meinen wohl dass die Strecke für eine Kurvenhatz geeignet ist, mit Schalldämpfern welche wohl nicht der Norm in der StVo entsprechen. Aber dies ist kein Grund auch nur einen halben Stern abzuziehen. Darum volle 5 Sterne
