Your stay in Villa Pina

This spacious villa is located in an excellent location in the heart of Pula and will provide you with the luxury you desire. The size of this beautiful villa is 430m2, and the size of the whole property is 800m2. Villa Pina has 2 large living rooms, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms one with a Jacuzzi bath, 1 outdoor grill and 1 indoor fireplace, foosball, electronic darts, PlayStation 3, table tennis, billiards and an infrared sauna. This type of sauna is medically suitable, especially for asthmatics. Two of the rooms have their own bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with plasma TV. The living room has a sofa with adjustable backrests. Both living rooms have access to a large collection of literary works in different languages. The property is covered with Wi-Fi. Vila Pina offers complete privacy! In the garden there is a pool of 25 m2, which is surrounded by quality garden furniture and a small playground. The villa also has a large terrace which offers fantastic views of the city and is an ideal place for having a meal in the open air. The second terrace is located along the back of the villa. It is a private little corner suitable for having barbecue. Villa Pina offers 5 parking spaces to their guests. In the city, which is in the villa’s vicinity, you can find a sports field with football and basketball courts and a playground. We also offer a free boat mooring in ACI marina Pomer which is close to the villa. This villa will surely meet all of your expectations. Villa Pina offers comfort and privacy, so you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved rest. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

We were 6 adults and 6 children who stayed at Villa Pina for 2 weeks in July. It was 2 fantastic weeks!! The house was awsome! All though we were a bit unlucky With the weather, we never had a borring moment! A lot of different activities for all of us at the house, the pool area was great, the house was clean and well equiped! 2 minutes away restaurant Budapest gave us great service and great Food! And the owners were fantastic! They were serviceminded and did everything so that we should hav......

Wonderful family holiday at Villa Pina, Pula
We are a three generational family of 12 and everyone of us had the most amazing time staying in Villa Pina. It is a spacious, well furnished and comfortable home in which to relax and socialise. All of the family loved the swimming pool, the pool room (and other games) and the beautiful covered terrace balcony, for evening dinners and drinks. The Villa is within walking distance of the old town, aquarium and marina - we did this comfortably- and a well stocked small supermarket. It is also on a bus route, which was handy for us as we didn’t have a car. Our hosts Vanja and Boris were an absolute delight and did everything to make our holiday a success. Their warmth and generosity was a great joy to us. We will always remember our holiday in summer of 2023.

We stayed at Villa Pina for one week in june. You really couldn‘t expect more for the price, the house is even more beautiful than the pictures online. It‘s really spacious and the pool area is amazing. But most importantly the host is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we would definetly stay at Villa Pina again.

Perfect for family and friends
First of all - everything was perfect. Weve been there with 12 adults and a baby amd there was nothing missing - great pool and grill area, nice furniture, enough space for all couples, the big terrace on the first floor was great for group dinnings. You can reach various beaches within a kilometre and the supermarket is just around the corner (bigger markets are 5min with the car). The hosts couldnt welcome and accomodate us better and were very helpful. The only thing we didnt enjoy was when we had to leave after a week...

Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen. Sehr schönes Haus mit guter und gepflegter Einrichtung. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Eigentümer waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beachten muss man allerdings, dass die obere Etage einen separaten Zugang hat.

Luxury villa in the middle of Pula
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Pina. The pictures don't do the place any justice, it is even better when you see it for real. The pool is the best feature and the owner made sure that it was always clean. The house is spotless and there even is a playstation in the house next to darts, billiard, table tennis, etc. We will come back. Try the restaurant Budapet down the road and the Pizzeria Asterix.
