Your stay in Villa Pine Tree

Villa Pine Tree is located in the medieval town of Labin in Istria on a hill above Rabac. The rich cultural and architectural heritage of the town of Labin is revived by various art studios and meeting young people in cafes throughout the town. This picturesque town is situated on a 320 m high hill and is only 3 km away from the sea. Villa Pine Tree is a true paradise on earth, located on a hill surrounded by unspoiled nature and greenery and will surely give you a quiet vacation in complete privacy that you have been dreaming of for a long time! Villa Pine Tree was built in 2022 in a modern and contemporary architectural style. You will be delighted by the luxurious interior and beautifully decorated interiors. Guests have 320 m2 of living space at their disposal, while the total area of the property is perfect 2000 m2. The villa is located only 7 km from the sea, so at the same time you are close to the clean and clear Adriatic Sea and on the other hand far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is fully air-conditioned, can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and consists of first floor and upper floor. On the first floor there is a modern kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals for the whole family or a group of best friends. There is also a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and TV. On the first floor there is a nice wellness room with sauna and Turkish bath where you can relax your body and soul, as well as a romantic jacuzzi with a view. There is also a tavern with wine cellar where lovers of delicious wines can taste top quality wines. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower. On the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself in the 42 m² and 1.5 m deep pool, while next to it you can sunbathe on 8 deck chairs and enjoy the magnificent view of the unspoiled nature. On the terrace there is an outdoor seating area for drinking morning coffee, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. Other amenities at Pine Tree Villa include a washer, dryer and iron. The villa also has a separate toilet. The villa's yard is fully fenced, and there are 4 private parking spaces. The villa has a beautifully landscaped garden and a garden where children can play freely. Attractions and local activities available to you are wine tours or olive oil tours, water sports, cycling, diving, golf or visiting towns and historical monuments. Istria is full of hidden treasures and Labin is certainly one of them. You will have the opportunity to taste the gastronomic offer that will blow you away with good prosciutto, cheese and truffles. Also, be sure to try a drop of olive oil and Istrian award-winning wines like Teran or Merlot. Labin has a charming fortified town center with many preserved palaces and cultural landmarks, unusually combining past and present. You can have lunch or dinner in restaurants or pizzerias, where you can eat great cakes and drink coffee in the shade of the beautiful terrace in the central square of the old town of Labin. Unser Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen, neu erbauten Villa in der unmittelbaren Nähe von Labin, Kroatien, war einfach traumhaft. Von Anfang bis Ende wurden wir von den äußerst sympathischen Vermietern, David und Silvia, herzlich betreut und verwöhnt. Es war eine Woche voller Luxus, Komfort und unvergesslicher Erlebnisse. Die Villa selbst ist ein architektonisches Juwel, das mit modernem Design und stilvoller Einrichtung begeistert. Der offene Grundriss ermöglicht einen nahtlosen Übergang zwischen den verschiedenen Bereichen des Hauses, was zu einer luftigen und großzügigen Atmosphäre führt. Jedes Detail wurde sorgfältig durchdacht, und die Qualität der Ausstattung ist von höchster Klasse. Die Küche war ein wahres Paradies für Hobbyköche wie mich. Sie ist erstklassig ausgestattet, und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Der 12 Meter lange Pool war der perfekte Ort, um sich an heißen Tagen abzukühlen und einige erfrischende Bahnen zu ziehen. Die umliegende Natur war einfach atemberaubend, und die Alleinlage der Villa garantierte absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Wir können die Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für alle, die einen luxuriösen Rückzugsort in einer idyllischen Umgebung suchen. Wir sind ihnen zutiefst dankbar für ihre Gastfreundschaft und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
