Next to the pool is a large pergola where all guests can sit and dine together. This modern built beauty offers accommodation for a maximum of 20, optimally 16 people! This makes it perfect for larger groups of guests who can enjoy the pebble beach and clear Adriatic Sea just 10 meters from the villa. Another special advantage of the villa is that it has a sea view from all bedrooms, the dining room and the living room! Nearby there are cafes and restaurants where you will taste delicious Dalmatian dishes and delight your palate with excellent wines! It was built in 2022 and offers a living area of 600 m2, while the total area of the property is up to 1000 m2. Guests are comfortably accommodated in 8 bedrooms: 8 single beds (90x200) and 4 double beds (180x200). Villa Prezida also has 8 en-suite bathrooms, 4 of which have a shower cabin and the rest have a bathtub. The terrace will certainly be the place where you will spend most of your time with family and friends. You will find a pleasant refreshment in the heated pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 2 m. Next to the pool there is a sunbathing area where you can relax on 12 sun loungers and enjoy your favorite books. There is also an outdoor dining table and a charcoal or wood-fired barbecue. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and 4 separate toilets. If required, you can also use 4 80x200 folding beds. A feeding trough and a baby crib are available for children. Entertaining facilities that will delight both children and adults include a children's playroom, slide and swings, darts, billiards and PlayStation. The yard is fully fenced and offers 6 private parking spaces.
