Villa Prezida

The villa is composed of 4 residential units that are spread over 2 floors: each residential unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet. Also, each of the units has a kitchen, dining room and living room. The common room is a playroom with content for children and adults. There is a large pergola next to the pool where all guests can socialize and dine together.

This modernly built beauty offers accommodation for a maximum of 20, and optimally 16 people! This makes it perfect for larger groups of guests who, just 10 meters from the villa, will enjoy the pebble beach and the clear Adriatic Sea. Also, a special advantage of the villa is that it has a sea view from all bedrooms, dining room and living room! In its vicinity, there are cafes and restaurants where you can try delicious Dalmatian dishes, and you will delight your taste buds with excellent wines!

Built in 2022, it is ready to offer 600 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is as much as 1000 m2. Guests will be comfortably accommodated in 8 bedrooms: 8 single beds (90x200) and 4 double beds (180x200). Likewise, Villa Prezida has 8 en suite bathrooms, 4 of which have a shower cabin, and the rest have a bathtub.

The terrace will surely be the place where you will spend the most time hanging out with family and friends. You will find a pleasant refreshment in the heated pool of size 32 m2 and depth of 2 m. Next to the pool there is a sunbathing area where you can rest on 12 deckchairs and enjoy your favorite books. Additional content in the villa consists of a washing machine, an iron and 4 separate toilets. If necessary, you will also use 4 additional folding beds measuring 80x200. If children are coming with you, a feeder and a baby cot are available.

Fun facilities, that will delight both children and adults, include a children's playroom, slide and swings, darts, billiards, PlayStation and bicycles.

The yard is completely fenced and offers 6 private parking spaces.

On the island of Vir, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge, there are numerous sights, each of which has a special significance for this unique island. Some of the most famous are the church of St. John the Baptist, Kaštelina (Venetian fortress), and the lighthouse that was built in 1881. Already in June begins a three-month summer spectacle that makes this island the envy of all other domestic destinations.

The entire island of Vir is one big beach, and numerous coves of Vir hide still undiscovered charms of untouched nature. Most of the beaches are located next to the pine forest, surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Children will enjoy the Aquapark located on the Jadro beach, which is famous for going down the sea with a mini slide or jumping into the sea from the highest point.
