The main building has a total of 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms equipped with a double bed, 3 spacious bathrooms and two large terraces located on the first floor. The spacious open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped, minimalist kitchen, a charming dining area and a comfortable living room with abundance of natural light. Providing guests with the maximum dose of comfort, a fourth bedroom with a bathroom as well as a separate toilet are located on the ground floor. In the superbly designed annex you will find an additional spacious bedroom with double bed, an additional single bed and bathroom, alongside a separate toilet. Furthermore, the annex features a spacious dining room with an indoor fireplace and its own kitchen. The basement area has a party-room with an exceptional entertainment offer that includes billiards, darts, table football and a PlayStation console. Wine lovers will enjoy the well-stocked wine bar also conveniently located in the basement. Eye-catching decorative elements and works of art fill the inside of the villa whose main features are muted colours and luscious fabrics completing the luxurious feel of the interior. Der mit 29 Grad beheizte Pool und Whirlpool waren perfekt für unseren Urlaub im Herbst. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr modern und stilvoll. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie hat uns frischen Fisch direkt in die Villa gebracht, das war davor noch nie. Wir waren jetzt schon in der 7 Villa in Croatien. Der Pool, der Garten, die Außenküche, einfach alles perfekt. Auch für meinen kleinen war es super mit dem Spielplatz. Wir können die Villa wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gute und komfortable Villa
Wir waren als erfahrene Villennutzer als funfköpfige Familie eine Woche in der Villa Quercus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ist perfekt zum Entspannen, und man ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Zaton am Strand Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Der Pool ist beheizt und wird täglich gereinigt. Der Vermieter bzw seine Eltern sind nebenan und sehr nett und haben uns sogar Obst und Gemüse geschenkt. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Unterkunft
Eine perfekte Unterkunft für die ganze Familie. Das Haus ist ein Traum soviel Platz und viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und fühlen und jedesmal so wohl, besonders Jagoda die Hausverwalterin haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen. Sie tut alles dafür das man sich wohl fühlt und es einem an nichts fehlt. Ein ganz toller Gastgeber mit einem großen Herz. Wie kommen definitiv wieder.

Ein Traum
Die Bilder hatten einiges versprochen - und dann auch eingehalten. Toller Pool , Sauna, großes Gelände - einTraum von Haus. Wir waren mit 10 Leuten da und trotzdem hatte man sich selten sehen können. Gute Betten konnten uns müde auffangen und so war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Etwas abgelegen ist die Villa , also zwingend Taxi oder Mietauto nötig.

Beautiful villa to just relax, party or spend quality time with friends or family. We were a group of 11 people and had a very nice time at Villa Quercus! Very nice interior with modern furniture and equipment. Everything you need is there, be it for cooking, bathing, playing, etc.... The hosts were very nice and accommodating and catered to all our needs. We were spoiled with regular pool cleaning, wine deliveries or even cake! Booking, contacting and communicating with the hosts was very easy and uncomplicated. We were very happy to spend a week in the beautiful Villa Quercus and can only recommend it! We hope that we will be allowed to come back soon! :)

Mein Mann und ich waren mit unseren drei Kindern, Schwieger-und Enkelkindern 2 Wochen zu Gast in der Villa Quercus. Es hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen. Die Beschreibung ist absolut authentisch und wir konnten alle Annehmlichkeiten in vollem Umfang genießen. Die Villa ist sehr modern, gut durchdacht und es fehlt an nichts. Aber das Goldstück der Villa ist Jagi, die Managerin. Sie hat uns buchstäblich jeden Wunsch erfüllt und verwöhnt mit frischem Obst, Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion, sowie Weine und Gebranntes 😋 Einmal gab es für alle frische Doraden, die wir von der Familie auf ihrem großen Grill zubereitet bekamen, ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, ein Aufenthalt wie unter Freunden. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub der nur schwer zu übertreffen ist, in herrlicher Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung. Mega Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus
Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum! In ruhiger Lage nur ca 20min von Zadar (mit Auto) entfernt. Alles sauber und funktionsfähig. Jede Menge Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Fußball, Billard, Fußballtisch). Genug Parkmöglichkeiten und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und man kann sich jeder Zeit per Whatsapp bei ihr melden. Das Haus ist den Preis in jedem Fall wert, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen

Dazu gab es für jeder von uns noch einen frischen Fisch, den wir dann auf dem Grill zubereitet haben. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.
