The center of the kitchen is dominated by an attractive kitchen island, right next to it is a dining table with six seats. This villa also has an outdoor dining area with 12 seats and is certainly the right place to enjoy outdoor culinary specialties. The spacious living room opens directly to the outdoor terrace.

In the villa's courtyard there is a 50 m2 swimming pool with an additional hydro-massage option, surrounded by a total of eight sun loungers. In the courtyard there is also a charcoal or wood grill available for guests during their stay in the villa. Once again, this villa will delight the youngest guests as it has an impressive outdoor playground with trampoline, slide and other facilities for children, but adults will certainly not be bored neither with additional content such as darts, billiards or Playstation.
