The villa has a sea view from almost all its rooms and offers a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise. On the upper floor, there is a living room with a sofa and TV, and right next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends. On the outdoor terrace, you will be delighted by the heated swimming pool, 38 m2 in size and 1.45 metres deep. Next to it, there is a lounge area with 8 deckchairs for sunbathing and a sofa set perfect for morning coffee and reading your favourite book. There is also an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. Fun content and what contributes to luxury are the fitness room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Books and satellite and cable television are also available. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has underfloor heating and cooling, and has an elevator. On the ground floor, there is a garage with 1 parking space, and another space is outside the garage. The facility is divided into two villas, each of which has a separate entrance, and guests have complete privacy.
