Your stay in Villa Rosinjola

The beautiful villa Ro?injola in the small Istrian village Nova Vas impresses with its minimalist simplicity and isolated location, offering you peace and privacy. The contemporary architectural style includes large glass walls in every room of the villa, which provide airiness and brightness in the interior. The accommodation capacity of the villa is maximum 8 people. Of the total 4 bedrooms, two have a double bed and the remaining two have two single beds each, which can also be made into double beds. 2 more people can stay in the villa: two children up to 7 years old use an extra bed. On the upper floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, and on the first floor of the villa there are two more bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and an open dining room. There is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a food dispenser and a baby crib at your disposal. On the large terrace and in the courtyard of the villa, surrounded by greenery, there is a large pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Around the pool there are 10 sunbeds where you can spend pleasant summer moments in the company of your loved ones. There is also an outdoor kamado grill and an outdoor dining table. For the little ones there is a children's playground with toboggan run, table tennis, darts or badminton, which will complete your vacation with interesting activities. In the completely fenced yard of the villa there are 4 parking spaces available. In Novigrad, a beautiful town on the coast of Istria, a little further from the villa is the nearest beach called Maestral, where you can enjoy water sports such as diving, swimming and sailing. Istria is especially known for its excellent oeno-gastronomic offer. Therefore, do not miss to try some of the top specialties such as fresh fish, various types of pasta, Istrian bo?karin meat, olive oil or local wines such as Malvasia, Teran and Cabernet Sauvignon . Another special Istrian gourmet specialty is the truffle, an underground wild tuber that grows along the roots of trees. Although it is particularly bitter in taste, this underground jewel is a very expensive gourmet delicacy that grows mainly in Italy and France, but can also be found in Istria. You can see and experience all this during the truffle hunting tours that are organized throughout Istria in the autumn months. In Istria you can find various entertainment and cultural events during the summer months. In the neighboring Brtonigla, a picturesque town on a hill surrounded by vineyards, you can participate in various gastro festivals such as the Chocolate and Wine Festival, Mushroom Days or the ethno event 'In the Colors of Tradition' " during the summer. However, if you prefer to explore cultural and historical monuments and interesting streets, on the Istrian coast you will find many historical towns such as nearby Umag or Pore? whose streets hide various ancient monuments. For example, in Pore?, a town with more than 2000 years of history, there is a monumental early Christian basilica of Euphrasius from the 6th century. Wunderschöne einsame Villa
Wir befanden uns mit 7 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern für eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Villa. Die Räume sind super aufgeteilt und nicht hellhörig. Der Ess,-Koch- und Wohnbereich sind großzügig gestaltet und die Villa bietet Ihnen wie außen viel Platz. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder ensuite sind wunderschön und sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung generell war absolut fantastisch. In der Küche fand man alles vor, was man zum Kochen braucht (sogar eine Knoblauchpresse :-)) und für die Kinder war sehr viel Spielzeug vorhanden. Innen wie außen gab es eine große Spielzeugkiste, eine Playstation, außen einen Spielplatz, ein Spielhaus und genügend Bälle zum toben. Für Erwachsene wie Kinder gibt es noch ausreichend Brettspiele. Lediglich ein Sonnenschutz könnte über dem Spielplatz angebracht werden. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist atemberaubend. Ganz am Ende eines Feldweges mit wenigen anderen kaum bewohnten Villen und Meerblick. Ein paar negative Punkte gibt es dennoch, deshalb ein Stern Anzug: - Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis war nicht Ok. Wir haben für eine Woche fast 6000€ bezahlt...echt mehr als heftig. - Zwei Schlüssel und zwei Tordrücker wären gut. Wenn sonst einer das Grundstück Oder das Tor verlässt kommen die anderen nicht mehr raus, da sich dieses auch nicht manuell öffnen lässt. - Gestank aus dem Ausfluss. Aus den Abflüssen außen und in den unteren Bädern kam ab und zu ein ekelhafter Gestank. - Toilette unten riecht nach Schimmel. Die Einzeltoilette unten besitzt kein Fenster und keine Lüftung und riecht deshalb EXTREM nach Schimmel. Wir haben aus gesundheitlichen Gründen diesen Raum gemieden. Schade, für den Preis ein Nogo. Alles in allem haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt dort und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Wenn die Probleme behoben wären und der Preis etwas angepasst würde, würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen.
