Villa Royal Sunset is located in Zaton, a famous tourist place near the beautiful city of Zadar. Zaton is a place where you will find a beach to your liking, whether it is a landscaped or natural beach, rocky, pebble or sandy. Certainly, this is a location that attracts a large number of tourists every year who crave a peaceful and cheerful vacation with family or friends.

Villa Royal Sunset was built in 2022 in a contemporary style, providing guests with 240 m2 of living space and 728 m2 of the total property. It is 45 meters away from the clean and clear Adriatic Sea, which is a great opportunity for fun, swimming, and diving. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 9 people, while the optimal number is 8, and the villa is a luxuriously modern building that will leave you breathless! You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 double bedrooms and en suite bathrooms with showers.

The villa has a sea view, is fully air-conditioned, and has a modern kitchen and dining room with a table for 10 people. The living room consists of a sofa, coffee table, and TV, and the sofa serves as an extra bed for two more people.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be pleasantly refreshed in a heated pool of 87 m2 and a depth of 30 cm to 1.4 m. The pool has a salt view and contains a hydromassage section. Next to it you will sunbathe and relax on 10 deck chairs. Also, a special benefit of the Royal Sunset Villa is the lounge area next to the pool where you can have fun and enjoy delicious cocktails.

Additional content of the Royal Sunset villa consists of a separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and iron, and you can use the feeder and baby cot if you come with children on vacation.

The yard of the villa is fully fenced, and there is enough space for children to play and have fun by the pool. You will also love the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, jacuzzi, and outdoor dining table.

There are 3 private parking spaces inside the yard.

Großartige Villa in toller Location
Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser neuen und großartigen Villa verbringen dürfen. Dalija ist ein toller Host, man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause - der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt, Kohle und Anzünder für den Aussengrill, mehr als ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, Betten bequem, hochwertige Kissen und Decken, Kaffee-Vollautomat, uvm. Und wer sich (wie wir) fragt, ob die Fotos echt oder fake sind: genau so sieht es dort aus - ein Traum. Können wir nur empfehlen. Der schmale Strand ist 30 Meter vor der Tür, Es gibt eine Reihe an Sonnenliegen und Schirmen zu mieten, was man aber nicht benötigt, man sieht ja das Meer vom (beheizten!) Pool aus Ins Meer geht es sehr flach rein, Badeschuhe sind orteulhaft aber nicht zwingend nötig, nach wenigen Metern über Kiesel (keine Seeigel) wird es schön sandig. Fahrradverleih, Bootsverleih etc gleich nebenan. Bäckerei, Restaurant, Strandbars, ATM, Badeutensilien-Shop, innerhalb von 100-200 Metern entfernt, die historische Stadt Nin 3 km, Zadar ca 15 km. Gelegentlich hört man am Späten Vormittag die Animation im großen Feriencamp auf der anderen Seite der Bucht, was aber zeitlich begrenzt war und uns nicht wirklich gestört hat. Insgesamt eine tolle, absolut empfehlenswerte Villa die jeden EUR wert ist.
