Your stay in Villa Salute

Villa Salute is located in the center of the picturesque and lively Istrian town of Vi?njan. This villa is located 7 km from the sea and is the perfect place for lovers of tradition and a rich tourist program. Villa Salute offers 350 m2 of space for 12 people in 5 spacious and harmoniously furnished bedrooms, connected with 5 bathrooms with bathtub and shower cabin. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that can accommodate 12 people, and a living room with a piano and a fireplace around which there are sofas to sit with family or friends. In the courtyard of the villa, surrounded by 10 deck chairs, there is a beautiful 60 m² swimming pool with whirlpool pumps, outdoor barbecue, kitchen and fireplace. In the courtyard there is also a separate room with sauna and shower cabin. Entertainment facilities in the villa include table tennis, table soccer, bicycle, sauna and children's playground. The gastronomic offer of Vi?njan with its wine cellars and taverns is rich in quality local specialties and seafood. Vi?njan will delight you with its romantic evenings in the rich summer offer of music concerts, film screenings, festivals and fairs. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee.

We were very pleased with Villa Salute. A beautiful house with a very nice garden and pool (that could be warmer). The only draw back is that the streets around need a bit of restoration too. That said the little village is charming and it has an OK restaurant only a hundred meters away. There is also a baker and a mini-markets.

nice house that is like photos and that meets most expectations. provided some minor adjustments it would be worth a 5 star! but now certainly 4. had a quiet and pleasant pleasant stay. pool man deserves a little extra very friendly gentleman. more than satisfied with the interaction between owner and luxury rent! booked back with them already for next year.

The agency, the manager Caroline and above all the villa Salute itself provided a nearly perfect experience. Villa Salute is located in the very centre of Visnjan, walking distance to bakery, shop and perfect restaurant Borgonja (truffles and meat dishes ). The house itself and the furniture are just first-class-level. We will come back!!!

Wij komen al meerdere jaren naar het dorp waar villa Salute staat. Prachtige villa in het hart van het dorpje met bakker , slager en resto direct om de hoek. Dit jaar wel meer straatlawaai. Er waren wegenwerken iets verderop. Het onthaal was zoals steeds heel aangenaam. We kennen ondertussen Caroline al enkele jaren. Er was wel een probleem met de buitenverlichting die niet werkte wat jammer was voor de sfeer en de gezelligheid s avonds en voor de oma s gevaarlijk om naar binnen te gaan in het donker. In de keuken staan 3 braadpannen voor de inductiekookplaat maar er er is maar 1 die erop werkt 🫣, sommige stopcontacten zijn wat gevaarlijk, kortom allemaal kleine dingen die eigelijk makkelijk op te lossen zijn.

Wonderful house, busy road
We stayed at Villa Salute for 2 weeks with 2 families with teenagers. The house is beautifully restored. Each room having its own bathroom is a big plus. Kitchen is well equiped. The garden is lovely with a well sized swimingpool, outdoor dining area and enough sunbeds for 10 people. Visnjan is a cute little town with a few shops for everyday groceries, special mention for the butcher and the fruit and vegetable stand across the studenac . The location is a great starting point to visit lots of Istrian towns and villages and the beaches of Porec and Funtana. We had some issues with the air conditioning not being able tot cool the house enough. We needed to run it 24/7 so it would cool the house down to 25 degrees , which is quite warm to sleep in. The biggest downside for us was the road in front of the house. It's a very busy road, also used by heavy traffic and people are driving like crazy as they go downhill. So when you're in the garden or sleeping with an open window its very noisy. You do get used to it a bit, but if you're looking for a quiet place this house is not the one for you. We did have a wonderful time though as the place itself and the location are wonderful.
