Sv.Filip i Jakov is a small Dalmatian settlement located not far from the town of Biograd na Moru. It is an ideal destination for holiday and temporary escape from stress and hectic lifestyle. In this small place there is a beautiful newly built villa San. The 250 m2 of charmingly decorated squares will optimally accommodate eight and a maximum of ten people who will have at their disposal four beautiful bedrooms, of which three are rooms with double beds, and the fourth has 2 beds (200x100) and 2 beds (190x100). In addition to an additional sofa bed as needed, the villa also has three spacious bathrooms and one separate toilet. The modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living room with fireplace will guarantee you relaxation and comfort in the pleasant atmosphere of home. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor grill, dining set, lounge furniture and a swing from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea and islands. The whole space is fully air-conditioned and offers all the comforts of modern technology to make your holiday completely carefree and relaxed. In the fully fenced yard there is a beautiful pool with a waterfall and heating option, and deck chairs for hedonistic lazing under the Mediterranean sun. The youngest will enjoy a children’s playground or table football, and for those who want to stay in good shape during their holiday, there is a well-equipped gym and sauna. Sv.Filip i Jakov is ideally located only 20 km from the city of Zadar and the airport. It is the perfect starting point to visit many natural attractions such as Kornati National Park, Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes and many other natural beauties of Dalmatia and Lika. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Location- Sveti Filip i Jakov is a realy small town but You can find there many restaurants, beaches and a lot od markets. Me and my family are recomend this place:)

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr guter Lage
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher, 1 Hund) haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus zwei perfekte Urlaubswochen verbracht. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

We have a very good time in Villa San. We are two families (4 adults, 6 children). Villa has own and clean swimming pool and Villa is also relatively close to the sea, it is possible to reach the beach by walk (up to 1km - 10-15 minutes). Accommodation is perfect, clean, large and space, aircondition in all rooms, great view over the sea, gym, table football, sauna, relax room. In village and along the sea you have everything what you need - restaurants, ice creams, pizza, beach bars. 300m from accommodation is small market, Lidl & Kaufland are in Biograd (3km from accommodation). In Biograd you can find also another shoping center (f.e. with Intersport and other shops).

The house is well designed and maintained with modern amenities. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which includes good chefs knives and a wine cooler. The airconditioning units are modern and perform well. Sometimes in Croatia we've experienced older units that make noise or don't cool suffuciently, this was no issue here. The sauna and pool are both modern and well-maintained, the sauna heats quickly, and the pool has good filtration and a heatpump system that keeps the water at a comfortable temperature. The service we received was very good, Mateo helped us with anything we needed and was very responsive on Whatsapp. We had a great experience in this house and with the rental agency and would recommend this house to anyone who enjoys a house that has character but also provides high-quality amenities.

Im Inneren der Villa top moderne Möbel, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Im Kellergeschoss eine Sauna mit großem Ruheraum zum chillen, Fitnessraum. Der Grundriss der Villa ist sehr durchdacht & großzügig. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Bad (mit Fußbodenheizung) en suite. Wir haben in der Villa 3 Wochen als Lockdown Flüchtlinge verbracht. Wir konnten von dort aus wunderbar arbeiten, mit Meerblick und mediterranem Klima. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen, TOP TOP TOP!
