The lovely Villa Sara is located in the small Istrian town of Bajkini, which boasts a rich offer of Istrian wine, intact nature and welcoming local population. In nearby Vižinada, 3 km away, a plethora of quality restaurants, markets and bars are to be found. The fully air-conditioned villa Sara with central heating and a living space of 400m2 features 4 airy and comfortable bedrooms equipped with double beds, 4 lovely bathrooms and one separate toilet. The spacious living room is directly connected to the stone terrace overlooking the nearby vineyards and the crystal-clear sea. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a comfortable dining area for all the guests. The beautiful, 1200m2 large garden features there is an exquisite large pool (66m2) which makes the villa suitable for holidaying during both the pre-and post-season. Adding to the luxurious feel of the place, there is an outdoor jacuzzi where the guests can relax in complete privacy. Both the indoor and outdoor space are covered with free Wi-Fi for unobstructed internet surfing. Villa Sara offers the whole luxury package every guest will surely enjoy: the beautiful sea, stunning vineyards, lots and lots of fun and a well-deserved holiday in complete privacy. Larger cities, Poreč and Novigrad are only 10 minutes away from the villa. This particular region is known for its unspoilt vineyards and the production of top-quality wines. A short walk from the villa you will find the famous Arman Winery which is worth a visit as well as several top wineries located in immediate vicinity. Just a 5-minute drive away lies the beautiful medieval town of Motovun, famous for its beauty, rich gastronomic and tourist offer as well as the film festival held every year in July. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.

We have just stayed at Vila Sara for a week and I can’t praise the accommodation enough. It is in a small village perched in the top of a hill, approx 20 minutes from Porec. The Villa is fantastic, large and spacious with 5 bedrooms split, 2 doubles on the first floor, 1 double on the 2nd floor In the eaves which can be a little low. Criticism of this is there is no separate bathroom for the 3rd bedroom. There is a separate annex which adjoins the house with a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Only criticism of this space is there is no shower, only a bath (without a shower attachment) Regarding the living accommodation this is fantastic with a lovely Kitchen lounge and dining area. The outside space is equally good with a large pool, approx 10m x 4m and a hot tub plus good quality loungers and a large outside table that seats 10. Plus a Metal bbq and a bbq chimney. I’m terms of the location we loved it, the views to the coast are fantastic and the sunsets are superb. We went to the Rossi vineyard for early evening drinks a couple of evenings which is about 50yds away and as it’s slightly higher the views are even better. There is a village shop in the next village along with 2 cafes (mostly locals), there is a fantastic agrotismo restaurant 10 Minutes away. If you need a supermarket shop then Porec is the nearest. We visited Porec (20mins) Novigrad (30 mins) and Vrsar (40 mins) which were all stunning. Along with the city of Pula with its amphitheatre. Over all a wonderful location, fantastic accommodation and a brilliant holiday,
