The beautiful Dalmatian stone Villa Seven Gems, which is only 1km away from the sea, is an ideal place for the rest and relaxation. Thanks to its excellent position you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea, islands, nature and the city of Split. Interior comfort will help you to feel like at home. The villa has four bedrooms furnished with double beds and four fully equipped bathrooms with showers. To make your holiday complete, there is a sauna, a gym and a tavern for evening gathering. The outside area is equipped with a large swimming pool, a children's playground and an outdoor grill where you can enjoy in freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. If you are looking for a peaceful place for holiday, near all major events, this villa is the right place for you! Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. Very nice house with all amenities in a very quiet location. Hosts very nice. We were even welcomed with two bottles of the estates own wine upon arrival. Everything in perfect order as we arrived. Spectacular view over the Adriatic from the house or the pool side as shown on the picture. House immersed in olive trees. Grocery shopping and nice villages conveniently along the Adriatic 15 min drive away. Traveling around before moving into the house we found Croatian people very extremely nice. I......

Make sure you get directions to reach property once off the main road:-The property is not easy to find. The digital map took our party right to the top of the hill, and the pebbled/gravelled narrow roads made it difficult to manoeuvre the cars. Lots of Tommy and Ribola supermarkets for you to stock up food for your BBQSo much of Croatia to see.Happy Holiday!

Always a quick reply to our questions and contacts. I could read some negative comments about the access, but I can tell it's not an issue at all. I like to recommend this Villa with no doubt. Super Villa mit grandiosem Ausblick
Wir haben diese Villa für eine Woche gebucht und wurden bei später Ankunft mit einem vorbereitetem Abendessen begrüßt. Die Villa glänzt durch die Aussicht und einem sehr schönen Pool sowie einer Sauna im Freizeitraum. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist ein wenig beschwerlich. Mit Navi kommt man nicht zum Haus. Leider sind die mitgelieferten Koordinaten nicht richtig. Deshalb gut vorbereiten! Alles in Allem - sehr empfehlenswert!

Super villa!
Top villa, everything was super clean, the house is exactly like in the pictures on the site. The view was amazing! The only two small issues we had where: - the road to the house is bad (no tarmac) and its more up the hill than stated before (aprox 1km higher) if you have a car there is no problem. Butt we didnt, and had to walk 1.5km before uber could pick us up. - the olive trees where to big and in the pad, they shoulded be trimmed Two small point on a perfect vacation. Would recomend to everyone who wants to chill, see parts of split, or even party (ubers and taxi's work perfeclty fine) Thanks for the stay and maybe till next time

LOVELY VILLA
Lovely villa, very well equipped. Definitely need a car as it is very remote and even taxi drivers find it difficult to navigate the unmade roads at night. The owners are great and arranged transfers from airport, did basic shopping and cooked a lovely meal for us as we had quite a late arrival. Nothing is really within walking distance but taxis are relatively cheap. It is not ideal for young children as there is no bathroom upstairs where two of the bedrooms are and as there are a lot of stairs outside down to where both the other two bedrooms are also the pool is all one depth and not sloped to enter.

Great Stay in Villa 7 Gems
We had a great stay in the villa, it is a unique location on the hillsides and amazing view over the bay of Split-Trogir, as well as the islands in front. The pool is a amazing, kids enjoyed a lot, we relaxed well. The villa has all facilities as well, and aircons are welcome as some days it could be really hot. The location is great since so close to Kastela, easy to go for a swim there or for lunches and dinners. Furthermore supermarket around the corner. Finally only 20’ drive to Split and to Trogir, which were also unique places to visit frequently. Finally in the area other great things such as waterfalls of Skradin. We even went to Dobrovnik, 3h drive Would for sure go again…..

A very pleasant stay in Villa Seven Gems
We had a very pleasant stay in this villa. We are a family of six (4 young children : 10, 7, 4 and 1) and we had some great time in the villa. We loved : - the swimming pool and the area around it; - the facilities - everything was in good order, functional and very clean; - the location - Split is very close. There are loads of things to do around. The villa is difficult to find but at the end, it is pretty quiet and relaxing; - the air con in the house; - the barbecue place; - the lady from the agency was very nice and very helpful. We thought the following could be improved : - the mattresses in the bedrooms; - the villa is nice but impersonal; - the lack of places of shadow during the day to have lunch, for example. One thing has to be mentioned in the add : two bedrooms are separated from the two others and the living room. It can be very pleasant if two families stay in the house, but it is not ideal when you have young kids, as we do. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the villa. Many thanks !

Very nice house with all amenities in a very quiet location. Hosts very nice. We were even welcomed with two bottles of the estates own wine upon arrival. Everything in perfect order as we arrived. Spectacular view over the Adriatic from the house or the pool side as shown on the picture. House immersed in olive trees. Grocery shopping and nice villages conveniently along the Adriatic 15 min drive away. Traveling around before moving into the house we found Croatian people very extremely nice. I have been renting houses for our annual family gatherings for some 15 years now. Villa Seven Gems ranks at the top according our unison assessment.

Villa was in a lovely quiet location but you need a car and perfect location for travelling around the area. We fell in love with Croatia and will definitely be returning.
