Your stay in Villa Si

Villa Si is located in the medieval town of Labin in Istria on a hill above Rabac. The rich cultural heritage of the town of Labin is brought to life by various art studios and meeting young people in cafes throughout the town. Villa Si is a true paradise on earth, surrounded by unspoiled nature and greenery, and will certainly offer you a quiet vacation in complete privacy that you have long dreamed of! The villa was built in 2023 in a contemporary and modern architectural style. Guests have at their disposal 170 m2 of living space, the total area of the property is 400 m2. The villa is located only 5 km from the sea, so at the same time you are near the clean and clear Adriatic Sea and on the other hand far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, the optimal number is 4. You can use the modern equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals for the whole family or a group of best friends. There is also a dining room with a dining table that seats 6 and a living room with a comfortable couch, a coffee table, an armchair and a TV. Guests are accommodated in two bedrooms with double beds (180x200), two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. One bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub and the villa has another bathroom with a shower. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 26 m² pool, which is 1.6 m deep, while sunbathing on 6 sun loungers next to it. An additional feature of the pool are 3 massage jets. On the terrace there is also an outdoor seating area for drinking morning coffee, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor charcoal grill. Other Villa Si amenities include a washing machine and an iron, while a feeding trough and a crib are available for children. Fans of an active vacation will be delighted by the fitness room in the neighboring house, 30 meters from the villa. The villa's courtyard offers 2 private parking spaces. Attractions and local activities at your disposal are wine tours or olive oil tours, water sports, cycling, diving, golf or visiting towns and historical monuments. Istria is full of hidden treasures and Labin is certainly one of them. You will have the opportunity to taste the gastronomic offer that will blow you away with good prosciutto, cheese and truffles. Also, don't miss to try a drop of olive oil and award-winning Istrian wines like Teran or Merlot. Labin has a charming town center surrounded by fortifications with numerous preserved palaces and cultural monuments, combining past and present in an unusual way. You can have lunch or dinner in restaurants or pizzerias, where you can eat excellent cakes and drink coffee in the shade of the beautiful terrace in the central square of the old town of Labin. Wonderful villa in Labin. Modern with everything you would need and spotlessly clean, swimming pool was like stepping into a heated pool. Beautiful view to the medieval hill top village of Labin, which was only a 5 minute drive away and which had lovely restaurants. The villa was so handy for driving to other lovely restaurants nearby and to visit all the historical sites. Sara and her husband were always available if we needed anything and always willing to give advice on places to visit......

Die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr ans Meer, so dass wir die größte Zeit am Pool verbrachten.

Die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr ans Meer, so dass wir die größte Zeit am Pool verbrachten.

Wonderful villa in Labin. Modern with everything you would need and spotlessly clean, swimming pool was like stepping into a heated pool. Beautiful view to the medieval hill top village of Labin, which was only a 5 minute drive away and which had lovely restaurants. The villa was so handy for driving to other lovely restaurants nearby and to visit all the historical sites. Sara and her husband were always available if we needed anything and always willing to give advice on places to visit. If we are ever in that area again we would definitely stay at Villa Si.
