The beautiful villa Stina located in the small Dalmatian town of Sukošan impresses with its Mediterranean simplicity and convenient location only 40 m from the sea.
Accommodation capacity of the villa with a total area of 125 m2 is for a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people. Villa Stina is built in a rustic style that depicts Dalmatian stone construction, and on the ground floor of the villa there are 3 modern bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and living room. In the living room there is a large sofa bed suitable for 2 people. A feeder and a baby cot are also available. The kitchen and living room offer a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding Dalmatian islands.
On the spacious terrace of the villa Stina surrounded by green lawn there is a large, heated pool measuring 32 m2 and 1.5 m deep. There are 6 deck chairs around the pool, and in the courtyard of the villa there is an outdoor charcoal grill. For those who want a more active vacation, bicycles are also available. There are 3 parking spaces available in the fully fenced yard of the villa.
The surroundings of the villa Stina offer a handful of interesting content, and the proximity of a pebble beach with crystal clear Adriatic Sea invites you to enjoy all the charms of summer and water sports. In Sukošan you will surely enjoy romantic walks at sunset, and in the summer evenings in interesting cultural events.
Don't miss to taste some of the Dalmatian specialties in one of the traditional taverns. For example, fish specialties, seafood, risotto, or brudet are just some of the top flavors that do not leave even the most demanding palates indifferent. In addition, you must try homemade wine or olive oil, traditional Dalmatian products.
