The beautiful Villa Stina in the small Dalmatian town of Suko?an impresses with its Mediterranean simplicity and convenient location just 40 meters from the sea. The accommodation capacity of the villa with a total area of 125 m2 is maximum 8 and optimal 6 persons. Villa Stina is built in a rustic style representing Dalmatian stone constructions. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 modern bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a living room. In the living room there is a large sofa bed for 2 people. A food dispenser and a baby crib are also available. The kitchen and living room offer a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding Dalmatian islands. On the spacious terrace of Villa Stina, which is surrounded by green lawns, there is a large, heated pool measuring 32 m2 and 1.5 m deep. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor charcoal barbecue in the villa's courtyard. Bicycles are also available for those who want a more active vacation. There are 3 parking spaces available in the villa's fully fenced yard. The surroundings of Villa Stina offer a handful of interesting contents and the proximity of a pebble beach with crystal clear Adriatic Sea invites you to enjoy all the charms of summer and water sports. In Suko?an you will surely enjoy romantic walks at sunset and interesting cultural events on summer evenings. Don't miss to try some of the Dalmatian specialties in one of the traditional taverns. For example, fish specialties, seafood, risotto or brudet are just some of the top flavors that will not leave even the most demanding palate indifferent. In addition, you must try homemade wine or olive oil, traditional Dalmatian products. One of the most interesting places in Suko?an is certainly the summer house Palac, located in a bay on an artificial island. It was built in the 15th century. As a rural retreat for church dignitaries, it is one of the most significant examples of rural architecture on the Dalmatian coast. In the vicinity of Suko?an you will find numerous other interesting facilities, for example in the city center of Zadar you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets and take walks through the historic streets with the largest number of preserved historical buildings and monuments in Dalmatia. In Zadar, for example, you can visit the remains of a Roman forum, on the ruins of which stands the church of St. Donat from the 9th century. Enjoy all the charm of the beautiful Dalmatian coast, taste the best gastronomic delicacies of the Adriatic and treat yourself to the rustic luxury and well-deserved vacation that Villa Stina offers! Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber! Der Vermieter und seine Tochter Martha sind sehr nette Leute! Schade das Dragan nur kroatisch spricht, Martha aber spricht gutes englisch. Das Haus ist aber nicht eingezäunt, sondern nur eingefriedet!!!!!!! Dies könnte ein Problem mit Hunden sein. Für junge unfolgsame Hunde nicht geeignet! Unser Hund ist auch 2 x entwischt, habe ihn aber dabei erwischt und streng abgemahnt! Hat dann funktioniert.

The bikes provide a great way to go to the backery in the morning or get icecream in the near town. Only 15 minuten from either the airport or Zadar city center, 1 hour from Krka waterfalls and 1 1/2 hours from the amazing Plitvice lakes......

Minute an wohlgefühlt. Die Familie vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hat jedes „kleine Problem“ direkt behoben. Es war wirklich ein toller Urlaub

Um nicht mehr stehen zu können, muss man ca. 50 m hinein gehen, was für Kinder toll ist. Leider gab es für das ganze Haus nur 2 Klimaanlagen, eine im Wohnzimmer und eine im Eingangsbereich. Ein schlafen mit geschlossener Tür ist bei großer Hitze somit nicht möglich. Die Gelsen waren eine richtige Plage, jedoch haben die Hausbesitzer einige Gelsenstecker zur Verfügung gestellt. Ruhige Lage nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Eigener Weg zum Meer, welches sehr seicht an dieser Stelle ist. Um nicht mehr stehen zu können, muss man ca. 50 m hinein gehen, was für Kinder toll ist. Leider gab es für das ganze Haus nur 2 Klimaanlagen, eine im Wohnzimmer und eine im Eingangsbereich. Ein schlafen mit geschlossener Tür ist bei großer Hitze somit nicht möglich. Die Gelsen waren eine richtige Plage, jedoch haben die Hausbesitzer einige Gelsenstecker zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Pool mit Gartenanlage waren wunderbar - alles top, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Eigentümer kam jeden Tag so gegen 6.30 Uhr um den Pool zu säubern, unmerklich für uns. Vollbelegung mit 8 Personen ist nicht empfehlenswert, da die Ausziehcouch direkt im Wohnbereich ist, für 6 Erwachsene ist das Haus ein Hit. Zum nächsten Restaurant/Supermarkt ist es ein Weilchen zu gehen, jedoch gibt es 3 Fahrräder mit denen erreicht man den Supermarkt in ca. 5- 8 Min. Der Urlaub war resümierend wundervoll.
