Beautiful Villa Sunny is located in a beautiful place called Sna?i?i, near the medieval town of Labin, which boasts a rich history, breathtaking sights and natural beauty. With a living area of 280 sqm, Villa Sunny has 4 spacious bedrooms with French beds, one of which has an extra bed for one more person. The villa also has 4 beautifully decorated bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets. The charming kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, the dining room can comfortably seat up to 8 guests, while the beautiful living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa, a TV and a beautiful wood-burning stove that creates a cozy and cozy atmosphere warm atmosphere in the colder winter months. This fully air-conditioned villa also has a well-equipped basement where guests can spend pleasant moments together, suitably equipped with a massive wooden table and benches. Those who like to be active and need to relax will surely have fun in the trim closet, which is equipped with a stepper, a spinning bike, a rowing machine and weights. If you feel like competing, you can play a game of billiards or darts, and those who want to relax body, mind and soul can do so in the sauna or enjoy preparing meals on the wall grill. Outdoor fun is also guaranteed, as guests can also enjoy a tennis court and a mini soccer field. The partially fenced, 1300 m2 garden has a large terrace and a swimming pool (35 m2) surrounded by sun loungers, where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of the day or night. We spent 1 week in Villa Sunny: 3 families with children, aged from 5 to 11. We all had a great time. the house is very nice decorated and equipped. The kids were happy playing football, tennis, table tennis or just enjoying the pool. The distance to the sea was ok. barac is a beautiful town with lots of nice beaches and places. I can higly recomment this place. Also the owner was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a beautyful holiday!

Bonus is the soccer/tennis pitch, which is amazing for evenings, we spent hours there. Thank you.

Urlaubsaufenthalt in der Villa Sunny
Die Villa ist in einem perfekten Zustand, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Leider gab es während unserer Ferienwoche oft längeranhaltendernLärm in der näheren Umgebung (Rasenmähen, Bauarbeiten, Spritzen des Weinberg direkt neben der Villa), das war sehr lästig. Hinweis zum Tennisplatz: der Platz hat ein Gefälle von ca. 2 Metern über die Längsseite und der Hartplatz/Kunstteppich-Boden ist sehr uneben. Ein ernsthaftes Tennisspiel ist nicht möglich.

Super schönes Haus
Es handelt sich um ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Der Pool ist richtig lang und breit und super für die Kinder zum spielen oder auch um ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen. Der Fußballplatz / Tennisplatz hinter dem Haus ist auch super. Für meine Jungs genau richtig. Die Betten in den Zimmern sind wirklich sehr gut und man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Haus insgesamt ist gut gebaut und kühl. Wir brauchten kein einziges mal die Klimaanlage. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
