On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious living room. It is connected to a modern kitchen and dining room in an open space concept. The dining room can accommodate 12 people, while offering a magnificent view of the pool and the open sea. On the second floor of the villa there are 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Four bedrooms have a view of the sea, while one bedroom has a view of the Biokovo mountain. The covered terrace as well as the barbecue allow you to spend time in the open air. The villa is completely fenced, thus allowing privacy and an intimate atmosphere to be maintained. The pool is 24 m2 in size, 1.5 m deep. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool with the aim of maximizing outdoor enjoyment. The villa is abundant with natural light due to the large windows that allow you to enjoy the sea view from every room. A private children's playground with a view of the mountains and the sea guarantees good fun for all ages. Biokovo Nature Park, Osek beach, the city of Makarska, unforgettable beaches in Brela, etc. are only a few minutes' drive away.
