Villa Sunrise is located in Sumpetar in the municipality of Dugi Rat, only 17 km from the city of Split. This villa represents everything you have been striving for for a long time, dreaming of the perfect and luxurious vacation with your family or a group of dearest friends. The name ‘Sumpetar’ was first mentioned back in 1080, during the reign of the Split nobleman Petar Crni Gumaj, who built a monastery near the said place.
Villa Sunrise was renovated in 2020, built in a contemporary rustic style of a stone house, and exudes a modern interior that adorns its 3 floors. The villa has 320 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for a maximum of 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms, which have 4 single beds (90x200) and 6 double beds (180x200). Also, there are 6 bathrooms with showers, and the villa has 3 separate toilets. As an additional content, a washing machine, dryer and iron will be of great help. If you come accompanied by children, you can use the baby cot and feeder.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a laundry room, 1st and 2nd floor have the same content: 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and 2 terraces. On the 3rd floor there is a gaming room where you can play billiards or relax in the sauna, there is also a jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen with outdoor grill, outdoor dining area and terraces. Villa Sunrise has sea views from all rooms, from the pool and from the sun deck.
On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 28 m2 and a depth of 1.3 m. Additional functionality of this pool is counter-swimming. Next to it there are 12 sun loungers where you can enjoy reading your favorite reading material. On the terrace you can use the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood.
The villa is only 50 m from the sea and the beautiful beach, and by prior arrangement it is possible to organize a private boat mooring.
Inside the yard there are 5 private parking spaces, and Villa Sunrise is fully fenced.
What you will especially like and what will delight you is the fact that you can order a massage in the villa by prior arrangement, and also a special benefit is that the price of accommodation includes a hostess who will visit you every day from 07:00 - 14:00 h change bed linen and prepare breakfast. It is also possible to arrange to buy groceries at an additional cost by the host and upon presentation of an invoice.
*If you bring a pet with you, it is important to emphasize that only 1 pet is allowed in Villa Sunrise, and also, if you take it with you to the villa then you have to pay an additional € 500 and another € 200 for final cleaning upon booking.
