Your stay in Villa Tany

Villa Tany is located in Zemunik Donji, a small village just 12 km from the city of Zadar. This rustic beauty is perfect for guests who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend a quiet vacation with family or friends. Zemunik Donji is a place where you can rest your body and mind, enjoy the unspoiled nature and take with you the memory of a beautiful vacation. Villa Tany was built in 2022 in a rustic architectural style, has 105 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1500 m2. A beautifully landscaped garden and many places for children to have fun and play are at your disposal. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, the optimal number is 6. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200) and private bathroom with shower. The villa also has a living room with a sofa that serves as a bed for two more people, a table and a TV. Next to the living room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, where you will be happy to prepare delicious meals for the whole family, and the dining room with dining table seats 8. On the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself during the day or at night in the 32 m² pool, which is 1.5 m deep. You will sunbathe on 8 sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and absolute privacy. On the terrace there is also a covered area with an outdoor grill on wood or charcoal, an outdoor dining table with two wooden benches and a summer kitchen. There are also two bar seats and a small bar to enjoy a drop of wine or delicious cocktails in the evening. Children will especially enjoy the large and spacious garden, swings and ping-pong table, which will be fun for the whole family. If you choose, it is possible to arrange a massage by prior arrangement. Other amenities include a washing machine and an iron. There is also a food dispenser and a baby crib at your disposal. In addition, the villa has 3 separate toilets. There are 3 private parking spaces in the yard and as many outside. Do not miss to visit the city of Zadar, which will completely delight you! It is considered one of the most beautiful Croatian cities and offers something interesting and entertaining for every guest. What makes visiting this city special is the fact that there are not many streets in its center, so you can better see and enjoy the warm sun. Two of the most modern sights of the city of Zadar are the Sea Organ and the Salute to the Sun, which are now among the most visited places in every tourist season in Zadar. The Sea Organ, under the influence of wind and sea waves, creates music from the pipes of the organ, which is located under the concrete stairs where you can walk or sit and enjoy the view. The sun salutation creates various light effects under the glass floor and lights up after sunset. Treat yourself to a vacation full of fun and enjoyment, try delicious traditional dishes in the nearby restaurants and taverns and let yourself be enchanted by the charm of Villa Tany! Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee.

Alles in allem ein tolles Haus und wirklich super nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter (Mutter und Tochter). Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Man kann sich wirklich sehr gut erholen, es ist ruhig und etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber die Städte Zadar oder z.B. Nin und die Autobahn sind gut zu erreichen. Wir geben die volle Punktzahl und sagen DANKE für wunderschöne 2 Wochen :-)
