Elegant villa Tatjana is located in the picturesque village of Ražanj, in the beautiful Stivašnica bay. Surrounded by untouched nature, the villa is located near the sea and offers an unobstructed view of all the beautiful bay.

This modern and airy villa with a living space of ​​250 m2 consists of 4 spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms with double beds. Guests of the villa also have 5 bathrooms at their disposal, two of which are equipped with a bath tub, three with a shower, alongside a separate toilet. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with enough place for all the guests (8 + 2). The cozy living room with a fireplace is perfect for an afternoon rest and relaxation both in summer and winter months. The entertainment offer of the villa includes a game room with a dart board, Karaoke maschine, table tennis equipment, pool table, PlayStation 4 console and direct access to the roof terrace with a jacuzzi where you can relax while enjoying fantastic view.

The fully enclosed, 442 m2 large yard, features a nice swimming pool (21 m2) surrounded by sun loungers. If you prefer swimming in the sea, just go down to the beach located in front of the villa and enjoy a refreshing swim in complete privacy. There are 3 private parking spaces available for guests.

Essen kann man im Dorf leider ein längerer Fußweg und sehr wenig Parkplätze! Wir hatten einen E-Scooter dabei, mit dem ich oft zu dem erstaunlich gut sortierten Supermarkt im Ort gefahren bin. Perfekt!

Wonderful stay at lovely Villa Tatjana
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tatjana. The house was even more than we expected, the pictures on the website is exactly what we got! It was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, and a private bathroom for every room made us feel so comfortable. And if we needed anything it was so easy to get in contact with the owners. We spent almost all of our time at or around the house, as the outdoor and indoor area provided us with the perfect entertainment! The sea was less than a minute walk away and the view was beautiful. Especially every bedroom had a beautiful seaview! We had the option to rent paddle boards that were brought right to our door thanks to one of the brochures provided for us. This house is perfect for groups, couples, and families. We loved our stay and we couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you Tatjana for the amazing stay and we would love to come back a second or third time!!

Its location 30 meters away from the sea makes you enjoy it even more, as you can go back and forth all day long. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und wir wurden auch sehr nett im Haus empfangen. Das Haus liegt fast direkt am Meer und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt nur 2 Sachen die wir zum anmerken haben: Zum einen hat nur 1 der Schlafzimmer einen TV und zum anderen ist die Wärmepumpe sehr laut. Aktuell war es kalt so dass wir die Fenster zu hatten, aber bei offenem Fenster würde man diese doch hören. Man hat uns aber zugesichert, das diese überprüft wird - da wir bereits für Juli erneut gebucht haben und uns schon sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt im Haus Tatjana freuen.

Die Unterkunft ist alles was man sich wünscht
Man hat viel Platz für sich und viele Möglichkeiten um sich zu beschäftigen. Die Nähe zum Meer und Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Der "Strand" ist aufgebaut aus vielen Betonterrassen, allerdings gibt es Möglichkeiten des Einstiegs. Das Meer ist wunderschön mit kristallklarem Wasser. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison, deshalb war der Ort wie unbewohnt. Ein Geldwechsel ist direkt im kleinen Ort möglich zu einem Kurs von 7,1 bis 7,3 (bester Kurs zum Moment 7,5). Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Studenac auch, allerdings ist der kleine Laden recht teuer und man sollze lieber in den Nächsten oder übernächsten Ort in ein Tommy fahren (wenn man größere Einkäufe tätigen will). Mit der Gastgeberin bin ich absolut zufrieden, sie war sehr zuvorkommend und absolut freundlich. Sehr gerne möchte ich hier wieder einen Urlaub erleben!”

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Es war wirklich alles sauber und das Haus war einfach perfekt. Karmela die uns im Auftrag der Eigentümern empfangen hat war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war überhaupt kein Problem bei der Ankunft schon vor 16:00 dort zu parken und zum Strand zu gehen. Idealerweise gibt es auch eine Garage für ein Auto und 2 Parkplätze vor der Garage. Im obersten Stock hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, was wir jeden Morgen und Abend genossen. Es ist ein Billard Tisch, ein Tischtennis, ein Jacuzzi, ein Dart, eine Karaokeanlage und ein Pool vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Schritte, es gibt auch eine eigene Boje zum Haus, ideal für ein Stand up Paddle oder ein Kajak. Das Wasser ist glasklar und beim Schnorcheln gibt es einiges zu Entdecken. Der Bäcker fährt täglich in der Früh durch die Straßen wo man immer frisches Gebäck kaufen kann, sowie ein Auto mit frischen Fisch. In diesem Ort kann man die Ruhe noch so richtig genießen und einfach abschalten. Problemloser Ablauf mit der Agentur und der Eigentümerin, vielen Dank, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Stunning Property in beautiful location and amazing views
We could not have been happier, the property is finished to an extremely high standard and the views are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful, plenty of sun loungers and really only a few steps down to the beach. It has all the essentials to make for a very pleasant stay, great showers, plenty of bathrooms and great facilities. The one tiny downside was no beach towels but we picked these up in the local supermarket.The house was quite difficult to find due to the new area but once we were settled it is a very short stroll into the town which has plenty to offer and there is the regular boat taxi to Rogoznica if you want more shops/restaurants/bars.The owners were very helpful responding quickly to any questions and we would certainly highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect summer vacation
I spend a lovely week in villa Tatjana with my family and friends. The villa is fully equipped and very comfortable. It has high quality air conditioning, nice swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of space to relax. The beach is very close and not crowded. In the morning you can buy fresh fish, vegetables and bread . The owner is highly responsive and helpful. Nothing to add more - just come and try.
