Modern, newly built Villa Tereza with the area of ​​250 m2 is located in the beautiful historical city of Zadar, which is considered to be one of the most popular Croatian tourist destinations that delights with numerous sights, beautiful beaches and numerous entertainment facilities.

This beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa receives optimally 6 and a maximum of 8 guests, with 3 spacious bedrooms full of daylight and 4 bathrooms, three of which are equipped with shower cabins and one with a bathtub. On the ground floor of the villa, which is decorated with style and elegance, there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything that guests may need during their stay in the villa and a living room for pleasant socializing with a terrace and garden area of ​​600 m2.

The entire villa is covered with Wi-Fi internet for a worry-free surfing internet from all rooms.

In a fully-landscaped garden that is fully fenced, there is a 32 m2 swimming pool, outdoor grill and 2 parking spaces.

On the roof terrace, guests can enjoy jacuzzi and beautiful view of the city at any time of the day.

Architektonisch ist das Haus im Detail so gut gestaltet und wertig ausgestattet. Einfach traumhaft. Die Inneneinrichtung ist so geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Garten und Außenbereich waren mehr als perfekt und so extrem gepflegt. Die Outdoormöbel, wie die komplette Einrichtung extrem hoch......

Auch die verarbeiten Materialien sprechen für hohe Qualität. Die Gastgeber sind ein Ehepaar mit Kind die sehr hilfbereit und freundlich waren. Auch die Flexibilität bzgl. der Kaution rechne ich den Gastgebern hoch an. Da wir einen sehr frühen Rückflug hatten, konnten wir dies am Vorabend bereits klären, sodass......

TRAUMHAUS IN ZADAR
DANKE für unseren wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Tereza Zadar. Wir haben und geärgert, dass wir nur eine Woche gebucht haben. Wir sind dort angekommen und haben uns sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Architektonisch ist das Haus im Detail so gut gestaltet und wertig ausgestattet. Einfach traumhaft. Die Inneneinrichtung ist so geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Garten und Außenbereich waren mehr als perfekt und so extrem gepflegt. Die Outdoormöbel, wie die komplette Einrichtung extrem hochwertig. Obwohl man umgeben ist von Nachbar-Häusern, ist die Gestaltung der Villa so gut geplant, dass man extrem viel Privatsphäre hat. Auch die Nähe zum Meer ist ideal. Ein Highlight ist auch die Dachterrasse mit dem Jacuzzi. Wie ein Wohnzimmer im Freien. Traumhaft mit Blick über den Dächern von Zadar. Es waren TRAUMHAFT schöne Tage in der Villa Tereza. Man kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und MEHR GEHT NICHT! Ein herzliches Danke an die sehr freundliche Gastgeber Familie. Familie Kraft aus Karlstadt

Die Villa Tereza ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet bzw. sogar noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig (z. B. Küchengeräte Markenprodukte) und stylisch. Auch die verarbeiten Materialien sprechen für hohe Qualität. Die Gastgeber sind ein Ehepaar mit Kind die sehr hilfbereit und freundlich waren. Auch die Flexibilität bzgl. der Kaution rechne ich den Gastgebern hoch an. Da wir einen sehr frühen Rückflug hatten, konnten wir dies am Vorabend bereits klären, sodass wir nicht morgens noch mit der Kaution beschäftigt sind. Das Gesamtbild war sehr positiv. Die Buchung über Croatia Luxury Rent hat ebenfalls reibungslos geklappt. Diese Villa kann ich weiterempfehlen.
