Villa The View is located in Istria in the town of Crni and represents real luxury for every guest who is looking for a perfect vacation in peace and quiet. If you are eager to escape the hectic lifestyle and treat yourself and your family to the best of the best, Villa The View is for you! As soon as you enter the villa, you will be won over by the beautifully decorated interior, combining modern and contemporary, and the sea view from every room will take your breath away! It was built in 2023 and offers 396 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 827 m2. The nearest pebble beach Sv. Marina is 2 km away. This fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor and the remaining three on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed (200x210 and 180x200) and the remaining two rooms each have two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed (180x200). Moreover, all 4 rooms have their own bathroom: 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub. Each room has its own terrace with seating where you can drink your morning coffee or read the newspaper. On the first floor, thanks to the modern and fully equipped kitchen with bar and two bar stools, you will have the opportunity to prepare meals for family and friends. Right next to the kitchen there is a dining room with a dining table, next to it there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace. The living room is an ideal place for evening gatherings and watching favorite movies or series. It contains a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, stools, a romantic fireplace and a TV. The outdoor terrace offers the best: a view of the Adriatic Sea while you swim in an illuminated pool of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.45 meters. On the lawn next to the pool there are 8 deckchairs where you can enjoy the sun's rays and rest your body and mind. Of course, there is also outdoor seating and a small table on the terrace. There is also a summer kitchen, an outdoor gas grill and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8. From here you can enjoy summer evenings and enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea, the towns of Rijeka and Rabac and the island of Cres. Lovers of a delicious drop of wine will be delighted by the wine cellar, where they can play billiards in good company. Likewise, children will be pleased with the game room, where there is a PlayStation 4, and they also have access to Netflix and Disney Plus channels. In the villa you can play darts and billiards. Additional content available during the stay includes a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron. There is also 1 separate toilet, a food dispenser and a crib, which will be a great help when the little ones come along on vacation. The courtyard of Villa The View offers 4 private parking spaces and a charger for an electric car. Only 8 km from the villa, on a hill, is Labin, a medieval town full of beauty and unspoiled nature, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of Rabac, Cres and the surroundings of Labin from the town's fortress. Go shopping in small, elegant stores and refresh yourself on the terrace of one of the cafes or restaurants.
