Your stay in Villa Tre Colonne

This magnificent villa is located in the quiet village of Modrusani, just a few minutes from Kanfar and not far from Rovinj. If you are looking for a quiet area in a convenient location near the historical center of Rovinj, this beautiful villa is the perfect choice for you! The villa consists of five comfortably furnished bedrooms and all with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are conceptually designed and each has its own style. The villa is very welcoming. The owners of the house have traveled a lot and decorated the house with furniture, paintings, carpets and other artifacts from different countries. It is fully air-conditioned, has a sauna and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Outside the villa you will find a large swimming pool and a large private parking lot. The villa has a living area of 300 m2 and a large terrace with outdoor dining area. With its great garden it includes over 4000m2 of land. Around the pool there is plenty of space for tanning. We always leave the best for last? Behind the villa you will find a putting green, a 6-hole golf course for practicing putting, where you can enjoy relaxing afternoons with your family and friends. On the property you will also find a golf cage where you can practice your swings. Golf clubs are available in the house. This beautiful villa is surrounded by a fenced Mediterranean garden. It is designed to be used all year round and is extremely energy efficient. It has the certificate 'energy passive house'. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Ideally, the villa can accommodate 10 people. For each additional person (+2) there is an additional fee of 100 euros per person per week. * Guests have at their disposal a 4000 m² garden and a large pool of 12 x 5.5 m, as well as a large and comfortable house, which allows them to spend a nice vacation, even if they keep social distance. The surrounding countryside invites you to take long walks and bike rides through villages and vineyards, yet not far from the sea.

Unfortunately, but after more than three wonderful weeks my holiday is finished now.  I wanted to tell you that you have a wonderful house, we really enjoyed the two weeks there. There was really nothing to complain about! Also the staff was very kind, as well the gardener who took good care for us.

Die Villa Tre Colonne war einfach perfekt, Eine tolle große, teilweise überdachte Terrassse, einen super großen Pool, in dem man sogar richtig gut seine Bahnen schwimmen konnte, einen großen Garten mit einer repräsentativen Auffahrt/Einfahrt, die wir abends immer schön beleuchtet haben, genauso wie den Garten und den Pool. Das Haus selbst ist wunderbar eingerichtet. Die Betten haben unterschiedlich harte/weiche Matratzen, so dass für jeden etwas dabei war. J......

Amazing Place for Quiet Family Stay
We booked this for an largre family vacation. In total there were 7 Adults and 4 children. Although one adult was a last minute addition so had no bed but that was his fault, the website is clear it's for 10 people. It was probably the best vacation I've had and by far the best property I've ever stayed in. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is massive the lounge is great everything really is wonderful. The photos on the website really are what you get there is no camera trickery going on. The village is quiet with some restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive. There didn't seem to be anything in the village but we all had cars so no problem for us. My only critism is the villa is too nice!!! I would have liked to see more of the coast as it's only a short drive, but the property was so nice my children and brothers children just wanted to hang out in the house and swim in the pool. If it had been worse then maybe I could have talked people in to leaving it more. Loved the BBQ, I'm thinking of getting a similar one after using this for the week. We're already thinking of coming back next year. AMAZING!!!!!!

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der grosszügigen und hervorragend und sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Villa Tre Colonne. Es ist alles tiptop nur die Silikonränder in den Bädern müssten ersetzt werden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und auch der Service bei der Wohnungsübergabe oder kleineren Wünschen hat perfekt geklappt. Der Plodine Supermarket ist in Zminj in 4 km Nähe schnell erreicht und dort konnten wir alles einkaufen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, allerdings auch ca 30 Minuten vom Meer und Restaurants und Shopping entfernt. An vielen Strandabschnitten gab es Bar, Dusche, WC und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Unsere bevorzugte Bar war die Cassanova Beach Bar in Vrsar, auch zum Essen, direkt am Meer. Ebenfalls sehr schön ist das Restaurant Mol Picio I ganz am Meer hinter Bale, aber etwas schwierig zu erreichen, dafür mit dem schönsten Sonnenuntergang. Weiter empfehlen kann ich auch die Kanoba Gradina in Gradina, Kanoba Sidro (Spanferkel) in Flengi, Kanoba Patricija in Kloštar und das italienische Restaurant Dva Baladura bei Kanfanar. Wir können die Villa Ter Colonne bestens weiterempfehlen und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Relaxed vacation
Wir haben wieder einen sehr schoenen und relaxten Familien-Urlaub in der Villa Tre Colonne verbracht. Alles so perfekt wie schon einmal vor ein paar Jahren. Die Naehe zu den Straenden ist auch in Ordnung, aber wir haben die meiste Zeit in der Villa am Pool verbracht. Absolut empfehlenswert

Das Haus selbst ist wunderbar eingerichtet. Die Betten haben unterschiedlich harte/weiche Matratzen, so dass für jeden etwas dabei war. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. In der Küche fehlte es an gar nichts, es war eigentlich alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir an kühleren Abenden gerne genutzt und es uns gemütlich gemacht. Der Ort Modrusani ist klein, aber irgendwie charmant. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, dort etwas einzukaufen, dazu muss man ca. 4-5 km mit dem Auto nach Kanfanar oder Zminj fahren. Es gibt jedoch in Modrusani fußläufig eine kleine Bar/Fastfood-Imbiß. Die Hamburger und Cevapcici sowie die Pommes waren sehr lecker. Es gibt in und um Modrusani noch viele andere Villen mit Pool, aber keine hat uns so gut gefallen, wie die Villa Tre Colonne. Die Orte Rovinj, Porec und Opatija haben uns super gut gefallen. Der Besitzer war per Mail immer erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert, falls wir eine Frage etc. hatten. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten und können sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
