The beautiful Villa Veli Vrh is located in the picturesque village of Donja Vrućica on the island of Pelješac. The fantastic location of this impressive stone villa makes it an ideal choice for those who yearn for a true relaxing holiday in complete privacy. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, the Villa Veli Vrh is a real piece of paradise for nature, sun and sea lovers. With a living space of 330m2, Veli Vrh villa is located on a completely fenced, 950m2 large plot. The villa features 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small, charming dormitory with two single beds in the attic, making the villa ideal for 10 + 2 guests (2 of which sleep on the bed in the living room). Guests of villa Veli Vrh also have 5 spacious bathrooms with a shower and 2 separate toilets at their disposal. Furthermore, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area which can comfortably accommodate all the guests as well as a spacious living room equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, LCD/SAT TV, DVD player, telephone and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available inside the villa as well as in the outside area. There is a billiard table, telescope, a dart board and a winery for those who wish to have some fun and enjoy a sip. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard of this unpretentiously elegant villa there is a beautiful swimming pool (50m2, 10x5) surrounded by sun loungers and a whirlpool for 8 people, with a comfortable seating area on a covered terrace with a bar. The indoor and outdoor barbecue will surely delight all guests of the villa who can enjoy the deliciously prepared meals on a covered terrace with a table for 8 people and a half-covered terrace with a table for 12 people, while the sweets of drinking wine can be enjoyed in the wine cellar. There are also 6 private parking spaces available for guests of Villa Veli Vrh. Unique and one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia, the Divna beach, is only 2.5 km away from the villa. This sandy-pebble beach, located in the Divna bay, is enchanting with its green-blue sea color. Smaller part of the beach also has some natural shade, and a good approach to the sea makes it ideal for a visit to your family or friends. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful week in this house. The house has plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The pool is gorgeous. Having a piano and a pool table is a plus for family evening fun! We used the outdoor kitchen for cooking our meals. The level of hospitality offered by the owner and his friends where outstanding. We enjoyed every moment of this stay and will hopefully be back soon. Thank you!

Die Villa ist absolut bezaubernd . Bietet viel Ruhe , sehr sauber und komfortabel und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder vor Ort . Strände in der Umgebung sind ein Traum und man erreicht mehrere Strände in wenigen Fahrminuten. Die Gastgeber haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert . Außenbereich verdient 6 Sterne . Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber . Kommunikation mit Croatia Luxury Rent war hervorragend.

The owner is an artist who did much of the work on the villa himself. My wife is Croatian and this place had the finest woodwork of any house that I have been at in Croatia. The owners brought fruit, when we couldn't score oysters at the fish market in Orebic, they showed up with a large bag of oysters. We are in another villa closer to Dubrovnik where my wife is from and this place that we are in now, makes me appreciate the attention to detail and service of the owners of Villa Veli Vrh.

Das Anwesen liegt sehr idyllisch in einem Tal und man hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Berge und Wälder. Mit viel Hingabe zum Detail wurde es renoviert und verfügt über ausreichend Platz für 12 Personen. Der Poolbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein, aber auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung, an den Strand oder in die Berge sind möglich. Abends kann man auf der Terrasse grillen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto machbar, genauso wie der Weg zum Strand und Restaurant. Die Anlage eignet sich für Familien. Durch die Abgeschiedenheit in der Natur ist der Erholungsfaktor sehr hoch.

Iznimna vila, obnovljena u potpunosti kao što je izgledala stara vlastelinska kuća. Potpuno je kamena i u donjim etažama daje odlično prirodno hlađenje. Namještaj je usklađen s izgledom kuće zbog čega se osjećate kao da ste vremeplovom došli u prvu polovicu 20-og stoljeća. Bazen, zajedno s vanjskim prostorom za druženje uz šank te cijelim dvorištem predstavlja izniman poligon za cjelodnevno opuštanje. Vinoteka, piano, stol za biljar ili teleskop su samo neki od detalja koji vas mogu iznimno zabaviti. Cijeli objekt je na osami i lokacija je iznimno tiha. Šećer na kraju su vlasnici koji su jedni od najljubaznijih ljudi koje sam ikada sreo. Kuća je iznimna kao i njeni vlasnici i na svakom koraku se vidi koliko ljubavi i pažnje su domaćini posvetili u izgradnju i opremanje ove zaista posebne vile. Bez obzira što vila nije uz more, za nekoliko minuta autom se dolazi do nekih od najljepših jadranskih plaža, ako netko to poželi.
