Your stay in Villa Vera

Novigrad is a small town in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. It is located exactly between Porec and Umag and is only half an hour drive away. Throughout history, Novigrad has developed on an island that was connected to the mainland in the 18th century. It has preserved its medieval and historical ruins, palaces, walls and towers, for which it is now world famous. In addition to its rich cultural and historical heritage, Umag is known as a place of first-class gastronomic delicacies and attributes that make everyone's stay more than pleasant and encourage them to come back. On the peninsula lies the luxurious Villa Vera, which offers accommodation for 8 people in exclusively furnished rooms. On the second floor there are three bedrooms equipped with double beds, while one of them has separable beds. On the first floor of Villa Vera there is a spacious living room with attached kitchen and a fourth bedroom, also equipped with a double bed. The kitchen of the villa is modern and offers enough seating for all guests of the villa. The villa has 3 fully furnished and equipped bathrooms and a toilet on the first floor. At the top of the villa there is a spacious terrace of 60 m² with a jacuzzi and a view of the sea and Novigrad. Privacy is guaranteed on the fenced plot with covered veranda. The nearest beach is only 30 m away and invites guests to spend the whole day. The location of the villa also offers other interesting things, such as visits to the historic city center and other attractions to various sports activities. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee.

This was a truly exceptional experience. The house was immaculate and the host beyond gracious. Three friends and I arrived from Canada to a wonderful welcome from the hosts. Novigrad was a wonderful central location to explore many of the wonderful towns in Istria including Porec, Grisniana, Pula and Motovun. An absolute 5 star stay and I would highly recommend Villa Vera to all. Thank you for creating a wonderful atmosphere Nd great memories.

Fin stue og køkken samt terrasse både på toppen af huset med hot tub og flot udsigt samt også terrasse i haven. Køkken veludstyret men lidt småt med arbejdsplads til madlavning. Meget venligt ejerpar. God rabat på ejernes hyggelige restaurant i byen. Rar lille turist- og fiskerby med mange restauranter og butikker......

It lends itself to outdoor living, spotlessly clean, can't recommend it enough, best house I have stayed in for years. This is our 5 trip to Croatia; various places and it will not be our last!

Tolle Villa für 8 Personen
Wir waren zwei Familien mit 4 Kindern, die Villa hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Tolle Lage gleich beim Strand und trotzdem grün & ruhig, außerdem nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt. Die Ausstattung und die Zimmer waren wie beschrieben sehr hochwertig.

Wir, 8 Personen, verbrachten schöne Tage in der gepflegten Villa Vera. Das Haus liegt ruhig, nur wenige Meter vom Meer und ca. fünf Gehminuten zum Ortszentrum von Novigrad. Heizung, Klima und Warmwasser funktionierten tadellos, Küche ist für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt vollständig ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit beheiztem Whirlpool, Loungemöbeln und herrlichem Meerblick. Persönlicher, herzlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Schöne und große Schlafzimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Die Küchenzeile könnte etwas größer sein, wenn für die ganze Familie gekocht wird! Für Urlaub mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist!

Sehr schöne Villa, sauber und super Raumaufteilung, ruhige Lage und nah am Meer. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Tolle Terrassen im EG und auf dem Dach mit Meerblick. Guter Grill mit praktischem Edelstahlrost. Einkaufen und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Für 8 Personen super aufgeteilt, wir hatten sogar noch zwei kleine Kinder dabei, für diese die Besitzer extra Betten organisiert hatten. Das Haus und der Ort Novigrad - ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder!
