Your stay in Villa Vizzani

The beautiful Villa Vizzani is located on the east coast of Istria, not far from the town of Labin. This newly renovated authentic Istrian house is a perfect example of a combination of modern and traditional architecture with an interior design that exudes the warmth of a rustic and the comfort of urban living. This charming house offers the ideal accommodation for six people, with the possibility to accommodate seven people if needed. It consists of two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds that can be put together if necessary. There are three modern bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a beautiful living room. What makes this beauty an ideal place to relax outside the summer season is a beautiful glazed fireplace, which gives a special atmosphere of home and warmth. The entire area is air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi, cable TV and all the necessary household appliances you need for a complete vacation. Enjoy the beautiful covered porch with lovely lounge furniture and a large dining set, allowing you to stay outside all day and on warm evenings. In the fully fenced garden there is a carefully manicured lawn and an outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers, where you can really relax your body and soul while enjoying the view of the surrounding nature that surrounds the villa. Pool heating is available on request in April, May and October for an extra charge of 200 ? For other periods, pool heating is available at an additional cost, the temperature of the pool water depends on the weather. If you own a pet, you do not need to worry, because they are also our dear guests and welcome to Villa Vizzani! The pride of Istria is the crystal clear sea. So do not miss to visit one of the beautiful beaches, the nearest of which is only 5 km away from your accommodation. Treat yourself to a dream vacation and choose Villa Vizzani! Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 30 years of age. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a bachelor party, as your booking will be rejected after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.

The terrace with the lounge area is a highlight. The owner is very friendly and happy to help with everything. We can definitely recommend this place!

He stays in touch with you on a regular basis on Whatsapp to make sure that everything was fine. He even organized an additional baby bath tube for us, since the Villa has only showers. Super schönes Haus, wirklich fast noch besser als auf den Bildern abgebildet! Ruhige Umgebung, sehr schöne Altstadt von Labin ca. 2,5km entfernt (sollte man mit dem Auto fahren, zu Fuß etwas mühsam :-) ) Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt, uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt und falls etwas gefehlt hätte, bin ich mir sicher, dass es der Eigentümer (Karlo) sofort besorgt hätte :-), er war wirklich extrem bemüht, das es uns an nicht fehlt und war für Fragen immer sofort zu erreichen. Hat uns auch mit sehr guten Tipps rund um unseren Urlaub versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und vermuten, dass es nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort war! Wirklich mega gut :-)

The house is very well equipped. Everything you need is available and even more. Everything works. The pool is also nice and warm. The owner is very nice and welcomes the guest when they visit and comes regularly to mow the lawn and clean the pool. In summary: SUPER !!!

die villa vizzani hat unsere erwartungen voll erfüllt. mit der ganzen familie samt kleinkind haben wir hier eine wunderbare woche verbracht. die villa ist toll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. etwas außerhalb von labin gelegen (etwa 7min. von labin und 15 min. vom meer entfernt) mit gutem ausblick, eingelgliedert in ein ensemble von einheimischen wohnhäusern. wenn etwas zu verbessern wäre, dann die zufahrt zum haus, parkplatz. denke das war ursprünglich anders geplant... war für uns allerdings kein problem. organisatorisch war auch alles sehr zufriedenstellung und unkompliziert. von der buchung bis zur abreise. carlo der vermieter hatte zudem gute insidertipp für die region für uns - diese sind immer wertvoll für eine gute zeit. Wir empfehlen diese villa gerne, kommen irgendwann wieder.

Der Pool war zum Baden leider zu kalt, die toll möblierte Terrasse recht schattig. Im Sommer bestimmt super! Der Ausblick vom großzügigen Grundstück war herrlich. Natur so weit das Auge reicht. Nur ein paar wenige Häuser befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Der sonnige Garten ist aber nicht einsehbar, darum haben uns die Häuser nicht gestört. Die Ostküste ist im Oktober sehr ruhig. Innerhalb einer Std erreicht man problemlos verschiedene Orte an der Westküste, wie z.B. das malerische Rovinj. Wir können die flammneue Villa Vizzani nur empfehlen! Danke, Karlo!

Our first family holiday
We really enjoyed our first family holiday at Villa Vizanni. Carlo is a fantastic and caring host. Our well-being was an absolute priority for him. The Villa has a very modern design indoor and outdoor and is very well equipped. The owner put a lot of thought and effort into designing this house. This can especially be seen in the presentation of the garden. The pool is not heated, but during the high season, this really shouldn't be an issue. Especially our 10-month son really enjoyed his time playing in the pool with us. I can give an absolute recommendation for Villa Vizzani !
