Your stay in Villa Wave

Villa Wave is located in the beautiful place of Sveti Filip Jakov on the shore of the Pašman Canal and is covered with greenery in the hinterland. Staying at Villa Wave combines the modern design of the villa with a fabulous sea view that will wake you up every morning. Villa Wave was built in 2022 in a contemporary style, which can optimally accommodate 8 guests and a maximum of 10 guests. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms with double bed in each (180 * 200) and one bedroom has an extra bed (150 * 200). All the bathrooms are ensuite with showers and there is also 1 separate toilet in the villa. Two bedrooms with bathrooms with beautiful sea views are located on the first floor of the villa, and the remaining rooms are located on the ground floor, along with the kitchen, dining room, and living room. In the dining room, there is a table with 10 seats where you can serve delicacies that you can prepare in the spacious kitchen. You can also prepare food on the outdoor charcoal grill. Refreshment from the summer heat can be found in the pool in front of the villa (36 m2), which is surrounded by 8 sun loungers. During the colder days the pool can be heated. Also, there is a beautiful pebble beach Iza Banje, which is 1.5 km away from the villa. The youngest can also have fun in the villa on the playground with a trampoline, slide, and swing, and there are also darts, table soccer, and a PlayStation. While the kids are playing, you can relax in the sauna, where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The villa has 3 parking spaces in the courtyard and is surrounded by a metal fence and a wall (1 m), giving you complete privacy. Beautiful Sv. Filip Jakov is located between the historical and tourist town of Zadar and attractive Biograd, which offers you an additional experience of the beautiful Dalmatian coast. The town offers many gastronomic options that will allow you to enjoy Dalmatian specialties and drink coffee overlooking the sea. Welcome to Villa Wave, from where you can enjoy the view of the windswept waves of the Adriatic Sea! Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Obiteljski smo odsjeli u Villi Wave 7 dana. Boravak je bio iznimno ugodan, villa pruža sve mogućnosti luksuznog godišnjeg odmora. Lokacija je izvrsna za aktivan ljetni odmor, izlet na Korante i ostale okolne otoke, adrenalinski part, vožnju brodicama, vožnju jet-skiem i ostalim atraktivne mogućnosti zabave. Manager Ville, Mateo, je bio u kontinuitetu na usluzi i promptno rješevamo zahtjeve koje smo imali. Preporučamo ostanak i godišnji odmor u villi!

Morgens wacht man mit Meerblick auf, dann kann man zu Fuß Brot holen ( allerdings geht es zurück leicht bergauf) oder auch einen Einkauf im etwas größeren Supermarkt tätigen (wir sind mit dem Fahrrad runter in 5 min, herrlich, zurück ist es anstrengend). Für die Kids gab es ausreichend spielmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man ausreichend in der Nähe. Nach Biograd, Zadar und Split ist es auch nicht weit. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Können dass Haus also nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Luxus Villa für die ganze Familie
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war absolut fantastisch! Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Villa war beeindruckend, und die gut ausgestattete Küche hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir fanden fast alles, was wir für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigten. Die herzliche Begrüßung bei unserer Ankunft war sehr angenehm, und die nette Geste mit Obst, Keksen und Kaffeekapseln auf dem Tisch hat uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Der Kundensupport war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit, falls wir Fragen hatten, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der beheizte Pool war ein absolutes Highlight und sorgte für Entspannung und Spaß, besonders am Abend. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Einfach traumhaft schön
Wir haben zu 9 mit 2 Hunden in der Villa Wave (Val) Ferien gemacht. Das Haus ist riesig und wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir waren meistens draußen, die Terrasse oben und unten bieten zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten und der Pool ist mega. Morgens wacht man mit Meerblick auf, dann kann man zu Fuß Brot holen ( allerdings geht es zurück leicht bergauf) oder auch einen Einkauf im etwas größeren Supermarkt tätigen (wir sind mit dem Fahrrad runter in 5 min, herrlich, zurück ist es anstrengend). Weitere größere Einkäufe in 5 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt in Hanglage etwas abseits von einer kleinen Straße, dahinter ist freie Natur. Direkt benachbart ist die Villa Nan, aber ansonsten ist man völlig für sich. Zum Haus: Wie gesagt, einfach perfekt. Insbesondere die oberen Schlafzimmer sind wie aus einer „Schöner Wohnen Zeitschrift“, alle riesig, mit fantastischen Bädern und auf der Poolebene gibt es 2 weitere ganz tolle Schlafzimmer mit super Betten. Der Kontakt via Mateo, der Kontaktperson funktioniert 1a, vielen Dank auch nochmal an ihn für den freundlichen Empfang und Betreuung. In 10 min Fußweg kommt man im Hafen an. Hier kann man sich Boote leihen, links und rechts Kiesstrände an denen jeder ein schönes Plätzchen finden kann. Also, kurz gesagt: Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen. Die Villa ist absolut ihre 5 Sterne wert. Wir empfehlen sie aus vollster Überzeugung.
