Luxury villa White Garden is located in the picturesque seaside town of Bibinje near Zadar in Northern Dalmatia. Only 600 m from the sea, this villa is characterized by a modern concept of construction, an isolated position and a completely fenced yard of the villa that offers complete privacy.
The total capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 12 people. The villa has a total of 6 modern rooms arranged in two studio apartments, one two-bedroom apartment and one four-bedroom apartment. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a beautiful terrace. On the ground floor there is a two bedroom apartment with two double bedrooms and a modern kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
On the large terrace there is a beautiful, heated pool measuring 8.5x4.5 m and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are 12 deck chairs where you can enjoy the summer sun. In the courtyard of the villa there is a covered dining room with a gas garden grill and a seating area for 12 people.
In the fully fenced yard of the villa there is also a covered parking lot with 10 parking spaces and with video surveillance. Additional facilities at this contemporary villa include table tennis and bicycles. The proximity of the beach allows you to enjoy water sports and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.
In Bibinje you will find many interesting restaurants and taverns with top specialties of Dalmatian cuisine such as fresh sea fish, delicious risottos with seafood, and various other delicacies of the Adriatic.
Do not miss to visit the music summer festival "Raspivano Bibinje", the musical rapsody of unique singing tradition of Dalmatia. This authentic form of musical culture of Dalmatia and the Mediterranean is characterized by exclusively vocal singing without instrumental accompaniment, also known as a capella singing. This musical style has been practiced in Dalmatia for many years, and this particularly interesting form of musical culture has been included on the UNESCO list of intangible world heritage.
In the 7km distant urban center of Zadar, you will find a variety of content such as street festivals, outdoor theater performances, but also numerous cultural and historical monuments. Zadar is a city with a 3000 years old history, and its monumentality is evident in the timeless Roman streets and pre-Romanesque monuments that resist the ravages of time. One of such monuments, and one of the symbols of this city is the church of St. Donat, a pre-Romanesque church from the 9th century. specific for its unusual cylindrical shape and distinct size.
In the city of Zadar, in addition to historical monuments, you will also find modern installations such as the Sea Organs and Greetings to the Sun. Sea organs are located on the Zadar waterfront where sea waves create a unique game of architecture and sound. Sun greetings on the other hand include an interesting combination of architecture and light that you can enjoy in the evening while watching one of the most beautiful sunsets on the Adriatic.
