Your stay in Villa Zrinchi

Villa Zrinchi is located in a small village Murvica, near the city of Zadar. This extremely beautiful villa will delight you at first sight and give you a dream vacation. Murvica is a great place for guests who want to spend a quiet vacation and is rich in agriculture and olive groves. Moreover, the location is great as you are at the same time so close to the city and yet far enough away to spend your dream vacation in complete privacy and silence! Villa Zrinchi was built in 2022 in a modern style. You will be amazed by its beautifully decorated interior and luxurious exterior. Guests have 290 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. It is 8 km away from the nearest sea and beach and there are also restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, optimal is 6 people. The villa consists of first floor and upper floor and has underfloor heating/cooling. On the first floor there is a living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. Near the living room there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for all members of the household and taste them in the dining room at a table with 8 seats. Villa Zrinchi has 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor and has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are also two separate toilets and a laundry room with washing machine and iron. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with a shower and two bathtubs. On the upper floor you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony on two deck chairs. If children come on vacation together with you, you can also use a feeding trough and a crib. A pleasant refreshment can be found on the outdoor terrace in the heated 46 m² pool, next to which there are 5 sun loungers, inviting you to relax and sunbathe. On the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood you can try delicious fish or meat dishes. There is also a covered outdoor dining table and next to the grill there is a bar with 3 bar seats. The courtyard of Villa Zrinchi is fully fenced and has a hammock, a slide, a ball and a swing for children. There is also badminton and a PlayStation, and adults can play table tennis, darts or table soccer. In the yard there are 3 private parking spaces and outside there is another parking space. The villa also has a garage. The town of Zadar, from which Villa Zrinchi is only 5 km away, is an open-air museum. Some of the most beautiful architectural and cultural monuments are exhibited here, and its city walls are the ancient guardians of this picturesque town, rightly included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Take a walk along the most famous street of Zadar, Kalelarga, visit the church of St. Donat or St. Sto?ije and take a photo of the greeting to the sun and the sea organ, installations that delight many tourists every year . Posebno bismo željeli se zahvaliti vlasnicima kuće, kojima ni jedno pitanje nije bilo previše, bili su jako pazljivi i susrertljivi tijekom našeg boravka u njihovoj vili. Die Lage ist gut, nur 8km vom Zentrum von Zadar entfernt und auch nah am Flughafen, sodass man sehr gut "einfliegen" kann. Man hört zwar das ein oder andere Flugzeug, aber generell ist das Flugaufkommen am Flughafen Zadar überschaubar. We spent just under 2 weeks in this wonderful villa. We found the tranquility and seclusion of this villa extremely restful. The children could play and "scream" as much as they wanted and it disturbed absolutely no one. Even though the villa is somewhat secluded, you were in 10 minutes by car in the nearest huge supermarket or in 10 minutes on foot in a small bakery in the village itself. The very large and heated pool was of course the absolute highlight! Everything worked perfectly and Zrinka......

Die Hausbesitzer waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt haben wir drei Wochen dort verbracht und es fiel uns schwer zu gehen. Wir können die Villa Zrinchi jedem sehr empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Es fehlt an nichts, und auch für Kinder ist einiges geboten. Von der Schaukel, Rutsche, Tischtennis bis hin zum Federballspiel und Straßenkreiden war alles dabei. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und auch die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett. Sie sorgt sich um alles und rundet den perfekten Urlaub ab. Kurz gesagt, alles zu empfehlen.

We spent just under 2 weeks in this wonderful villa. We found the tranquility and seclusion of this villa extremely restful. The children could play and "scream" as much as they wanted and it disturbed absolutely no one. Even though the villa is somewhat secluded, you were in 10 minutes by car in the nearest huge supermarket or in 10 minutes on foot in a small bakery in the village itself. The very large and heated pool was of course the absolute highlight! Everything worked perfectly and Zrinka was a very gracious and extremely helpful hostess. In addition, she responded within minutes to requests on our part, which was very valuable. Furthermore, we were spoiled with a welcome and farewell gift, which we enjoyed very much. If there is something to criticize, then at most the rather sparsely but mostly yet sufficiently equipped kitchen or the lack of wood instead of coal for the fireplace. But that is complaining on the highest level... Of course, we can warmly recommend this villa and could easily imagine spending another vacation in this very beautiful villa. Thank you for everything, Zrinka.

Die Villa Zrinchi ist nagelneu, wunderbar gestaltet und bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist gut, nur 8km vom Zentrum von Zadar entfernt und auch nah am Flughafen, sodass man sehr gut "einfliegen" kann. Man hört zwar das ein oder andere Flugzeug, aber generell ist das Flugaufkommen am Flughafen Zadar überschaubar. Alles ist sinnvoll aufgebaut, die offene Küche bietet alles was man braucht, der Fernseher mit Ambilight eignet sich für tolle Filmabende. Jedes der gemütlichen Zimmer hat ein angrenzendes Badezimmer und es gibt - durchaus wichtige - Insektengitter an allen Fenstern. Das wirkliche Highlight ist aber der Außenbereich mit Grill und dem beheizten Pool, der Mitte September zwischen 25 und 27 Grad hat, Liegen, Handtücher etc. sind da, dazu auch noch eine Tischtennisplatte, Netze, Bälle.... Man ist wunschlos glücklich. Zrinka ist eine tolle und sehr großzügige Gastgeberin, die uns warm willkommen geheißen hat und flott auf jede Frage geantwortet hat. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in wunderbarer Umgebung.
