The charming Villa Zvonimir is located in a beautiful suburb of Split, a city rich in history and beautiful untouched nature. If you are a lover of history and natural landscapes, and at the same time want to have numerous events and the hustle and bustle of the city close at hand, villa Zvonimir is the perfect choice for you. Split proudly holds the title of a popular tourist destination thanks to its superb and widely known gastronomy, numerous cultural events, exhibitions, festivals, beautiful architecture and rich tradition. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Diocletian's Palace and the old city centre, which are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Fully air-conditioned Villa Zvonimir with an area of 435m2, consists of 5 airy bedrooms with double beds. Two cots are also available. The guests of the villa have 5 superbly equipped bathrooms available, 2 of which are equipped with bathtubs, and 3 with shower cabins, which makes it ideal for 10 guests. In the spacious Villa Zvonimir, there are also two main kitchens, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. In the fully fenced, 1180 m2 large yard of Villa Zvonimir, there is a swimming pool (45 m2) with massagers surrounded by deck chairs. You can prepare meals on the outdoor grill and in the summer kitchen. Villa guests have 6 private parking spaces at their disposal. In Villa Zvonimir, there is also a jacuzzi located next to the pool, as well as two gazebos. One is for gathering together outside the house (small kitchen with grill and a large table), while the other is a Game room (darts, table football and table tennis). Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir waren mit einer 10 Personen Gruppe in der Villa Zvonimir. Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, und mit grossen Einbauschränken ausgestattet. Manche Zimmer sind mit integriertem Bad. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist schön gross, und es hat auch ausreichend viele Liegen.Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Split. Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen klein......

This Villa was everything we hoped it would be. The Villa was beautiful and in excellent condition. The owners were super friendly and helpful. It was a perfect location for us as we didn't want to be based directly in Split with all the tourists. It was quiet with a great outlook over Split and the mountains. We did have a car which I would recommend and the location was the perfect base to explore the Dalmatian Coast. Thanks for an awesome holiday!

Sehr freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeber,alles sehr sauber und geschmacksvoll und luxuriös eingerichtet.Super ruhige Lage mit traumhaften Blick ans Meer und Stadt Split sowie nahegelegenen Inseln. Gr.Shoppingscenter und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,auch Autobahn und International.Flughafen in ca.30 Fahrmin.Entfernung.Zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.Absolut zur Empfehlen und noch eine kurze Botschaft an super nette Gastgeber Frau Ivanka und Herrn Zvonimir:Vielen lieben Dank für alles,war sehr sehr schön bei Euch,unvergesslich und traumhaft .Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und zählen schon jetzt die Tage.Bis bald!!!

The pictures looked great on the website but reality was even better. It was truly luxurious in every way and every detail was considered. Outstanding family villa
This villa had all the comforts of a family home which suited all 11 of us. Plenty of room for us to have our own space. Great outdoor area with incredible scenery, just beautiful. Darts and table tennis competitions kept us well occupied, we also had an amazing time in the generously sized pool! The outdoor kitchen area was great to have barbecues, and a lovely space to sit, day or night. The owner, Zvonko and family couldn’t do enough for us, their kindness was so appreciated. We would whole heartedly recommend this villa. Happy holidays!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa : 5 couples, z enfants, deux bébés. Tout était parfait. les photos rendent mal le niveau de finition et d’ameublement tout à fait inhabituel en location. La piscine est splendide, le jardin très bien agencé et la terrasse idéale pour les soirées avec la vue sur Split et la mer en toile de fond. Endroit idéal pour rayonner dans toute la Dalmatie. De plus le propriétaire est voisin et aux petits soins pour ses clients.

Brilliant villa and lovely people
We will never regret booking this villa for our Dalmatian holiday! We where a group of ten (two children) and everybody enjoyed this place. The views are stunning and the pool area, play area and the outside kitchen were one of a kind. The owner is a really nice man. He helped us with everyting and even cooked for us one night. He also help us to book a boad with a captain for a full day who took us around the islands and organized everything from transfers, lunch and dinner. Highly recommened! If (when) we go back to Split, we will defenately stay here again!

Fabulous Villa with Stunning Views of Split
Our party of 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) stayed here the first week of August 2020 and we were all delighted with our choice. The photos of the views of Split, do not do it justice; these views were one of our favourite aspects of the house/location. The owner is a lovely man and kindly arranged a private airport transfer for us. He organised a driver who spoke fluent English and made sure we were settled in our villa before leaving us on our first day. Our driver showed us around the local area and even helped us with our initial supermarket shop, as we had quite some time before accessing the villa (having arrived on a very early flight). We booked our driver again for a mid-week excursion and he definitely went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, which was great given that this was our first time in Croatia. Before our visit, we had read lots of reviews about this villa (on various sites) and think it is important to say that some of them now have out of date information/comments. Specifically, we can confirm that there is an outdoor games area (with table tennis, table football and darts), that there is a very small but well stocked convenience shop at the top of the hill (which is less than one minutes walk away), and that the villa has every appliance you will need (including a toaster, which was mentioned in one post we read). It’s also worth noting that the owner told us that we only had to ask if we felt we were missing anything. We have stayed in a number of private villas over the last few years, and this one is definitely worthy of 5 stars. We would therefore thoroughly recommend it.

We were a group of 10 that spent a week in Villa Zvonimir. We were greeted by Zvonko and his family who among them spoke Croatian, English and German. They were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! The villa is furnished beautifully and in excellent condition. It was also spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped and all of the rooms are large and spacious. The pool is lovely with plenty of space and quiet surroundings. We had dinner outside most nights in the sheltered outdoor space/BBQ area. With being high up there are also lovely views of Split and of the mountains. The villa is in a really good location but we would definitely recommend having a car as there’s [not much around]. It took around 20 minutes to drive down into Split marina (35 minutes during rush hour) and we took an Uber one night which cost 77 kuna per four person car. Lidl is a 7 minute drive away in Solin. Note there is no games room (this is a website error).

Hallo, wir haben mit 12 Personen eine Woche in der Villa Zvonimir verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, mit super Küchen und schönen Zimmern. Der Pool, die überdachte Aussenküche mit großem Tisch waren ideal für unsere Gruppe, alle Mahlzeiten hatten wir dort. Ein Parkplatz für die Autos ist direkt am Haus, das Grundstück ist umzäunt und mit einem grossen Schiebetor an der Einfahrt. Das erhöht liegende Haus bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf Split und das Meer. Es liegt somit etwas ausserhalb der Touristenströme von Split, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Alles war top sauber und gepflegt. Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist super, 5 Sterne von uns, Einen schönen Urlaub

Super Urlaub in super Villa!
Wir waren mit einer 10 Personen Gruppe in der Villa Zvonimir. Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, und mit grossen Einbauschränken ausgestattet. Manche Zimmer sind mit integriertem Bad. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist schön gross, und es hat auch ausreichend viele Liegen.Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Split. Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo es auch frisches Brot und alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht,zu kaufen gibt.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, und standen auch jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung.Wir haben uns hier alle sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen bestimmt wieder!!!
